Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money I'll keep this straight to the point, I've only had my Fitbit for a year and 4 months now. Sadly it has already died on me! Save your money on something that's more expensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ugh I purchased this Fitbit Charge 3 to replace my Charge 2 but it will not sync with my Apple phone or watch or my fire tablet. It gives me 2000 more steps than the Charge 2. I have tried wearing them together the Charge 2 will sync with the tablet but not the apple phone, watch or macbook. It makes me crazy. I prefer the fitbit to the apple watch but I am not happy with this one at all. I have to find something that works fitbit is making me crazy. I have fitbit premium because I thought that might help but it doesn't. Good money after bad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money!!! This Fitbit is a waste of money. It picked up over 200 steps just sitting on the table. When I first got it, I tested the device and counted my steps to see if it matched the Fitbit. Walked 100 steps. Fitbit registered 100 steps. Then 5 seconds later it said 135 steps. Over and over again the same results. It continued to add steps without movement. 2 hours of watching TV and not moving registered 347 steps. I returned it after 1 week. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dim Screen Purchased as TSV in Dec 2018. Noticed a month or so ago, that I couldn't read the time or steps, while walking from office to my car; the numbers on screen were so dim. I didn't think much of it. A few weeks later, while sitting in my house, looked at screen to see current time. Noticed that the screen was kind of dim. Changed the setting from Auto to Normal. Again, didn't give it much thought. Weeks later I looked at the screen and realized and how dim the display was and thought that something was definitely wrong; that is used to be brighter! Today, I googled dim screen on Charge 3. Lo and behold, numerous issues with dim screen on the Charge 3. So I called Fitbit Customer Service. Because I'm out of the 1 year warranty, by less than 3 months, they won't replace THEIR FAULTY/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, and will only offer me a 25% off coupon. HA! Like I would purchase ANOTHER product from them! This is my 3rd fitbit product; I've upgraded each time. But I'm done with this product/company! If I wanted to purchase new product because of innovative or new features, that's one reason to buy another product. But to have to pay $100+ for a MOST-LIKELY defective product again, I will NOT do that!! I should NOT have to purchase a new fitbit every 14-15 months, just to have a working device. That's completely unacceptable. Something is definitely wrong with this product, after seeing 10 pages of messages on their message board, regarding this topic. Such awful quality and Customer Service not much better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was totally in love until it died I loved this product. I decided to upgrade after purchasing cheaper brands of fitness trackers. I was a proud owner! I purchased from QVC in January 2018. The heart rate monitor was the first to go, followed by a constant red light that wouldn't go out after several days. I used it for the last time during a gym session. when I got home and put it on the charger, after several hours I checked on the watch and it was completely dark. I tried several troubleshooting techniques and finally called customer support. I was told that my warranty had expired January 2019, it was only the end of February. I was offered a discount for a new purchase. I declined but I'm looking for a new brand

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A+ for Fitbit Customer Service The Charge 3 I bought wouldn't sync or update when it first arrived, but I went through the steps with Fitbit customer service and they're replacing it for free under the warranty. I should have the replacement this weekend. I've owned Fitbit devices before, so I know there can be glitches. But I'm telling you, between their online forums and their customer service responsiveness, you can get anything fixed fast.
