Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I purchased the FitBit Charge 3 in January, and for the first 4 months it worked great. Then the face display began working intermittently. I went on line to see if any other Fitbit users had the same problem. Come to find out, others did. I followed the advice listed, but it only fixed the problem only temporarily. Now there is absolutely no display, no matter what the function or screen. After only 5 months it's completely broken - won't track steps, activity or heart rate. Total waste of money and such a disappointment!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted Four Months I received this in January and it stopped working in April. I loved it up until that point. After reading other reviews and seeing all of the issues clearly this product is defective. What does the 1 yr limited manufacturers warranty cover? The price of this item is too high for the amount of time it lasted. Very disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never worked When I received the Fitbit, it was during the time leading up to my daughter's wedding and put it away until I would have time to get it set-up. This is not my first one so I wasn't worrying about setting it up. My old one is an Alta and I was no longer able to charge it after about a year and a half. I brought my new one out and it never charged. I had friends that thought that there must be something wrong with me so they all tried to get it to work and were unsuccessful. It is way past the time to return it so I wasted over a $100. My fault for assuming it was a reputable product that would surely work. Moral of the story is to try out everything you buy before your 30 days are up.

Four months later I could no longer sync it, I couldn't correct the time and now I can't get it to do anything. Tried all the fixes on line but nothing works. That is a lot of money for a piece of junk that you can't even get the time from. Of course its been to long to return it. Just another piece of crap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really Really Really a mistake Purchased this product in January as a TSV. The on air person and Fitbit rep. made this device look a lot more user friendly then it is. The reality is the screen can not be read outside in any type of sunlight. It was misleading as to capturing steps. The technology does not capture stair stepper use ( had to read the fine print after received). The “swipe technology” is awful and erratic. Wanted this to measure swimming work out and it only captures time. I am totally unimpressed with this device. It is very frustrating to use and should be a lot better product for this price point. Wish I would have returned it but kept hoping software updates and on line blog would help but to no avail. Would have given this a -0- star review for however the field can not be left blank.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work Recd this in January 2019 - it worked great till April 2019 all of a sudden it wouldn't hold a charge - left it sitting for two weeks - put it in and it charged ran for a week then went dead again - would not charged - just checked it again after sitting in a drawer for 3 days and its 45% charged - looking to get something else that actually would be dependable. The previous fitbit I owned the Fitbit Alta did the same thing but it lasted a year before it wouldn't hold a charge - now thinking maybe spending $20 bucks on a cheap one will last longer - very disappointed in this product.
