Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't get left pedal installed There appears to be a design flaw in the left pedal or some unknown trick to get it on. QVC was kind enough to quickly send me a replacement left pedal but just received and it has the same issue. The top of the bolt that screws into the base unit has an large offset crooked thread that keeps you from being able to thread it. Without a left pedal it can't be used. I note from reading the reviews that others have had the same issue. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on how to remedy this? In essence....help please! I am rating this item low for now..hoping someone can help and I can actually use it and rate in on use!....again PLEASE HELP!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS,.. Repeat DO NOT BUY THIS I am a professional fitness trainer with multiple certifications and a degree in health and behavior. I knew within 30 seconds this was junk. I am in good shape and weigh 190lbs. Even on the highest level there was literally NO tension and foot went right to floor feeling no resistance. After 1 minute I had to stop because of left medial knee pain due to the extreme jarring you see sideways due to no resistance. Watch the video and see their hip and knee motion jarring up and down. They say its like an elliptical, NO its not. This can give you severe knee and back problems. There is NO smooth circular movement whatsoever. If you weigh less than 120 pounds this may work slightly, but with the jarring knee and pelvic hip complex you are asking for health problems. You continually drop your entire body weight essentially on the knee structure, and since the knee is not stabilized to absorb the force downward and is moving in a slight circle you can cause knee tendon tearing. I better get all my money back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice machine It is a nice machine. It was not all that easy to put together. The directions are terrible. I workout a lot and have about 10 machines. You need to be in pretty good shape to use this machine. I do not think it is low impact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Machine So I started with 5 minutes and now I am up to 25 minutes watching TV during exercise helped to increase the time on the machine , I really like this machine after 10 minutes I sweat so much but you need good knee joints and back , you have to stand and that is why it is challenging , it is great I am glad I bought it

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not For Me I had lower back surgery over 30 years ago and my back ached after each use. Maybe the angle of my body plus standing while pedaling was too jarring for me. I had to return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vertical Cycle Trainer I love this piece of equipment! It was easy to put together, it is very sturdy and quiet when in use. It is extremely stable and keeps my heart rate where I want it to be for a great workout. I've owned lots of different pieces of exercise equipment, this is definitely one of the best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from intense workout for the glutes So glad I took a chance, easy assembly, and boy it is tough workout, and I exercise regularly, solid machine, worked my way up to 20 minutes today, great to jump on when watching tv too for a few minutes. Make sure you here the pin snap into place before using, I make sure of that, also the other people who couldn't get the left foot pedal, you need to turn nut opposite direction, then the right pedal. And the white color is so good looking, and it doesn't take up a lot of space when stored, thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unstable unit Assembly was not difficult or time consuming. All tools necessary were included in box. I am an avid spinner and was looking to have a bike at home for the days I'm not in spin class. While I believe the concept is great there needs to be a better design for standing while cycling. I'm a small woman and I felt this bike tipping over on its side and lifting up while cycling at higher gears with speed It's my opinion there is a defect in its design and is unstable for intended use
