FITNATION Cross Country Slimline Treadmill with Digital Display is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gr8 purchase! Love this small imprint treadmill...very quiet which is important to me. Only one negative- the key magnet doesn't stop machine when removed from pole so I just use the remote, which I prefer. Absolutely a godsend on a hot, humid mosquito day! Wish I had ordered before gaining pandemic pounds- which are now disappearing thanks to this machine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well; HOWEVER... I am submitting this on behalf of my mom. Yes, it works as advertised on QVC. There was no set up. Mom unfolded it and it was ready to use. She has had no problems using it. It has given her a total body workout. Used as directed, it is safe for healthy adults. Mom neither expected nor wanted an incline function; therefore, she was pleased. Now for the reason I deducted two stars and won't recommend the product: The Great Silicone Oil Quest Mom's happiness changed to stress when it came time to buy another tube of silicone oil with same viscosity (the thickness of hand lotion) as the silicone oil packed with treadmill. Fit Nation doesn't sell the silicone oil even though its name is on the silicon oil bottle. It doesn't list alternatives to their silicon oil on its website, which any responsible manufacturer/marketer should do for such an expensive item. It's inexcusable to neglect something so important to maintaining the treadmill in safe, working order, especially because it would have been so easy to provide. QVC also didn't sell the right silicone oil and didn't have any suggested replacement oil with the correct viscosity. The customer service lady was pleasant, though. We couldn't find this unicorn of a silicone oil viscosity in a city of over 400,000 people at Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, fitness stores, etc. I've noticed on other websites that market this treadmill that their customer reviews have similar complaints. I am still researching this and will post an update when I find a suitable oil.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fitnation Treadmill When you present this on QVC it was a great demonstration. The fact that it is small and can fit in smaller places is great. I got this for my husband who has COPD its something he can use and not have to go out in the cold winter days to walk. The one thing I would make sure you tell people (which you didn't) is to discuss the short cord that comes with it....it makes it difficult to find that exact spot you can plug it in.....I feel the makers should make the cord a little longer not to create this difficulty for other people. Honestly I was a little skeptical because it was a smaller treadmill but it works for me and my husband and we are in our 70's. Please discuss with manufacturer about the cord as it does make a huge difference. thank you

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Remote problems Pros treadmill good for walking, easy storage and assembly Cons the remote does not always work when you want it to. You may want to speed up and the remote does nothing. If you want to slow down it may speed up. This happens even when new batteries are installed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY !!! I bought this treadmill in April 2020 9 months ago. I JUST ALMOST BROKE MY NECK! It stops in the middle of walking ! No warning just stops ! Thank god at that time my hands were on the poles! ( This also happened about 3 months ago) and now I’m afraid to use it ! I am a very good customer at QVC and this was not cheap and now I will have to think hard before I purchase a big ticket item again!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the price I bought this fitnation treadmill in June 2020 wasn’t what I expected. It’s not worth the $768.00 for something that doesn’t incline or you can’t run/ jog on it. Seems like it takes a long time for the calories to show as your walking also the distance tracker seems to be off. Wish I could of sent it back but I didn think to save the box. So now I’m stuck with trying to sell it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay - but not great I like the treadmill and use it often. It serves its' purpose when I can't go outside due to the weather. However, the plug doesn't fit snug and stops frequently. It will start going again with juggling with the plug in the treadmill several times. This also happens when I move it.
