Love them, but CUT packaging twice!
I ordered these last year on auto-delivery. We love the steaks, but we have had 2 deliveries that were damaged. The first delivery has "cut edges" on the plastic packages, exposing the meat to air. They were rapidly replaced, and we were pleased they took care of that return. However, today's delivery also has torn/cut packages, once again exposing the meat to direct air. They need better quality control. And, that's assuming they will again replace the damaged packages. Disappointed!

Package Seals are Broken!!
These steaks are delicious and tender, but none of my packages are sealed! I am shocked by what I have found. To thaw the first pack in my fridge, I left it on a paper towel. It leaked blood all over the fridge. I noticed the edge of the plastic had been cut with a knife. I thought it was a fluke. But, after checking other packs, they all have been 'presumably accidentally' cut into. Where's quality control?! The unsealed meat is now getting ice inside the wrapper, so it won't be as fresh as expected. I'm terribly disappointed. And, these are on Auto Delivery! See photos below.

I have just ordered the 24ct.
I previously bought the 12 ct and they rank with any 5 star restaurant steak I have ever had.
You can't beat the price and convenience. Flavorful, juicy and tender!
I especially like the individual packaging.

They are not as rich as i had hoped but they do taste good. Not fork tender however but ok tender. I guess I expect Emeril's food to be the very best but It's not.
It's good KC steak but I've had better.
I don't understand why filets can't be 2" thick. I'd pay for that knowing it would be more expensive.
