Broken dishes but great customer service
I received my wolf dinner ware and plates where all broken, broken handles on cups, and chipped bowls. My package was not only delivered upside down where you couldn't even see the handle with care tape but also there was really no protection of items. For it being fragile and glass wear you would think it would be more protected especially because when shipped half of the shipping places do not handle with care and the pa makes are pilled on top of other heavy items. Overall very satisfied with Customer service. The lady was very fast at fixing it and sending me out a new set. Just hoping it doesn't happen again.

got the wrong product and when i went to send it back thru ups they sent it to the post office and then they DELIVERED THE PARCEL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO BACK TO NORTH CAROLINA AND IT ENDED UP BEING DELIVERED TO LITTLETON,COLORADO. WITH A CALIFORNIA ADDRESS AND A RETURN ADDRESS TO NORTH CAROLINA now u tell me what the he== is going on

These just arrived - well packaged. Nice, heavy quality and a beautiful pattern. I purchased several months in advance of the date for which I will be gifting these so I'm happy to see they are in good condition. I am very happy with the appearance of these & hope they last a long time

If you love wolves.......
I purchased 3 sets of the wolf plates. Being an avid wolf lover these are perfect for someone like me. Heavy and well made. Feels like a potter made them and not machine made. Very happy with this purchase.
