Phenomenal!!!
First, I have to say that I am NOT a fish eater. I barely tolerate tuna or cod once or twice a year. I've been wanting to try fish because of its health benefits but I didn't know if I could cook it properly and I didn't think I could handle the smell. Alberti was so enthusiastic about these salmon fillets and I felt that he was giving an honest review. What got me to go ahead with my order was when he said that they don't stink up his house. As funny as that sounds, it was honestly a concern for me. Alberti was absolutely right!! There is NO STINK... not in the fridge, the house or even in the oven after baking. They're also super simple to prepare and taste INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!!! I am now a Faroe Harbor salmon fillet addict. I'm glad I did the auto-delivery option because I find myself having to ration them so I don't eat them all before my next order arrives. The garlic lemon butter that comes with this item is yummy too. It's great on the salmon of course, but I also use it on pasta, vegetables and as a finishing butter on a nice steak. Thank you Alberti for your honest recommendation.

EXCELLENT SALMON
I ordered two sets and I want to try and give an accurate review. Most of the time the orders arrive just in time with little dry ice there but still frozen. I place into freezer. Now the butter with this salmon is really an extra taste to this fish. There was no fishy taste that sometimes you wish to ignore while eating . The salmon is a hardy robust flavor. I have purchased a lot of salmon, local also and this so far, is one of the best tasting. It stores well in the freezer

no dry ice left
Recently bought this salmon for my son's family because I enjoyed it. Arrived with no dry ice and top two salmons were thawed but cold the rest frozen. They cooked the thawed ones the next day.
My other order to my second son's family also had no dry ice left. All were cold and all were thawed. My daughter in law decided just to refreeze since they appeared ok. Will not argue but feel I should complain to customer service and a new order should go out. Hopefully they will not get ill.
During summer months with how expensive these are adding additional dry ice should be a no brainer.

Very fishy
I eat a lot of salmon and the first piece out of the box was so fishy I could not eat it. Threw it out. This is not premium salmon. Way overpriced.

The Best Salmon!
I have purchased this now for the second time and will continue to do so. Thaw it. Put it in foil (shape foil like a taco). Put garlic salt and a slice of lemon on it. (Thaw it overnight in fridge) Bake in oven for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. You will love it!yes

Convenient and delicious
The salmon came and was frozen so no melting or spoilage. They cook up very nicely and are quite delicious. Waaay better than any bag of frozen fillets from a grocery store. Each one is skinless and are packaged individually so the are easy to store. A+
