Echelon Smart Connect Exercise Bike w/ Echelon Workout App is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME!!!!! Bike was delivered today. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble it and another half hour to set up the Ipad Pro 12.9. Everything went smoothly and from the moment assembly and connection was finished...WOW...the whole family was off to the races. The riding sessions, music and coaches are incredible. Everyone within earshot of the sessions were tapping their feet or even dancing to the infectious beats. It is now 1:59 AM and our 13 year old Grandson is burning up a 45 minute session with trainer Janet Adams. My wife and I are amazed to see him set aside the video games and be drawn to this bike. Way to go Echelon and QVC. I can see right now that I'm going to have to purchase a second bike but I CAN do that for the same price as it would be to purchase just one of the competitor's bikes. I highly recommend this purchase and yes I am for real.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor app I am new to spinning and bought this bike on a whim. Having Denise Austin as a spokesperson was partly responsible for why I chose this particular bike, as well as the cost. The bike is good so far. The adjustment bar for the handlebars is not smooth, but I can live with it. The issue I have is the app and poor customer support. My bike stopped connecting to the app and so far no one is helping me with this. I also bought the heart rate monitor and the app doesn't work with this either. Thinking of returning but can't afford the alternative, but right now the bike is worthless to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Day 1 positive, lets see how it goes Rec'd the bike today. Let me say this... The box is huge and it is heavy!. If QVC offered it, I would have paid extra for the white glove delivery and set up. Think about that QVC. Nevertheless, I got it unpacked and partially assembled. There is a you tube that I recommend. It helped and so did the enclosed directions. My sister and I got it upstairs to its final home. Thank goodness it has wheels. Finished assembly in a few hours. Really not hard, just time consuming. Bike works great, app doesn't yet. Got a fairly useless response from cust. serv, but it was end of day. I will try again tomorrow. I will keep you posted if the reviews allow it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the bike, app needs A LOT of improvement! The bike arrived on time, one bracket bent and I couldn’t get it straightened out. It does not affect the bike’s performance, so I kept it. Love the bike, and I’m able to get the app connected easily, but the app freezes and DOES NOT perform well. It freezes several times through a 30-minute session. I have gotten to the point where I play both TV and app so I won’t have to interrupt my exercise when app freezes. Wish they would fix this. I have strong signal and stream Netflix with no problem from exact spot on my iPad. Not sure whether to subscribe to pay for service once my free trial runs out. Very disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good bike, shaky app, so-so customer service I've had the bike for a week and there's a lot to like but also some warning signs. The bike is solid, quiet and really good to ride. It was pretty easy to setup (about 30 min for someone mechanically inclined) and the seat height & front/back position are nicely adjustable. The handlebars are very sturdy but not that comfortable. Probably need to add some padding myself. The app is shaky. In my first two sessions it crashed twice. And it can be slow to respond, even with solid WIFI (3+ bars) of connectivity. The bluetooth pairing works about 75% of the time.... but sometimes I have to try to connect 3 or 4 times before it is recognized. As others have mentioned, you have to pay for a monthly subscription to see any stats of your ride. :( You do, however, get a free 3 month trial first. You CAN however ride the bike without the app and use the knob to set the resistance. You, of course, won't see your stats without the app. They have a web version of their app, but navigation is pretty poor. There's a very long list of rides and there's no way to browse them but with your mouse scroll wheel. There's no scroll bar to click and drag. Page up and down don't work either. There's also no way to filter the rides you're most interested in (or sort the rides for that matter). Also on the web version there's no way to see or edit your profile, your billing, etc. Support is also shaky. I called at 6pm, got a message that support was open until 6:30pm ET and then got automatically transferred to another extension, which said that support was only open until 5pm. I checked out their FAQ and some of their support videos, but the instructions don't match what I see on the Android version of their app (to add another family member and to connect your Fitbit). I did get an email response one day later, but I asked the rep for written instructions and am still waiting a day later. Also, I wish they had a customer forum where customers could post suggestions and feedback for other customers. It feels like they're trying to control information about their product... Bottom line: well built bike but you pretty much have to by a monthly subscription to get all of its benefits. And the app needs time to mature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! I was a little apprehensive when buying this bike, but due to the amazing price and easy pay at QVC, I took a chance... and I am glad I did. I had looked at the Peleton but the price was another 1200 over the Echelon. First the cons: I had to assemble it myself, which took me a few hours. I could not get the app working for the first few days... very frustrating, but after I eventuality heard from the tech support,( he was so good, A+ in customer service) it turns out I had a extra dot in my email address. Once this was fixed I was up and running. I did buy a inexpensive tablet and Bluetooth speaker as well. The pros: this bike is sturdy ( I am a plus-size woman) and it does not shake or wobble and it is whisper quiet. The best part is ... it absolutely kicks my butt! I am drenched in sweat after every workout. I have lost 20 lbs in the two months since I started using it. It also has a lot of different classes, I have tried many instructors and they are all different and motivating from Randall to Missy Elliot( not the singer, just has the same name) they are a lot of fun. Sometimes I take a live class, they call out your name and tell you not to give up. You can also compete with others in your class via the leaderboard if you like to do that and all your stats (watts, RPM, resistance) are right in the screen in front of you.The on demand classes have so much variety, with extra yoga, stretch, Pilates and even a nutrition series! After the 90 Day trial you can pick your level of membership but the highest one I saw was 34$/ month. I have never done the same class twice. I bought the clip shoes after a month and feel more connected to the bike. I am so pleased with this bike and with zero interest, easy pays, low price and free delivery... thank you QVC, you really can’t go wrong with this bike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy! I am using this bike 4 to 5 days a week. The app makes all the difference. The instructors push you harder than you think you can go and I’m seeing big results. I love this bike. Worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome bike. Awesome price! I don't usually write reviews but had to when I received this bike. I did spinning at a gym for almost two years and loved it, but with kids, work and just crazy schedules I couldn't find time to get there. This bike is awesome and the workouts are just as good as the gym! Took my husband about 30 minutes to put it together and I was connected and ready to ride in about 5 minutes! I had debated getting the competitor but I love that I could use my spd shoes and not have to buy another pair for just one bike. The only negative I have is it is not really easy to adjust the seat and the bars.
