Rated 5 out of 5 by from Freedom!!!! I am thrilled with this scooter! I live in Manhattan and I can buzz around the neighborhood and save taxis fares. I feel secure and so does my very senior Yorkie when I take him out for air. Thanks QVC for another winner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This scooter is a game changer for my husband My husband has severe degenerative arthritis in his spine. He is under a doctor's care. He will be the first to tell you, "I am NOT an invalid," but, he does have trouble standing and walking for long periods of time. We recently went on a cruise and he used a rollator. He really struggled when the terrain was not smooth with the rollator. This was in the Caribbean, where you have many islands still rebuilding due to hurricanes. Upon our return from our cruise, we decided to get a mobility scooter because we were so limited by what my husband could do with the rollator. We did the rounds of medical supply stores in our area, as well as online research. Most medical supply stores recommended scooters that were heavy and clunky. My husband remarked, "these are for invalids, I am not an invalid." In other words, it was much more than what he wanted or needed. We wanted something we could manage ourselves. Those from the medical supply stores came apart for transport into 3 or 4 pieces--and they were still heavy. After watching the video presentation on this scooter, we decided to give it a try. It has been in our house for barely a week and I can say that it is a game changer for him. It is lightweight, "peppy" and, best of all, we can lift and load it ourselves. We visit Walt Disney World quite often, and one of the things that bothered my husband the most was renting a scooter there and being "loaded" onto the Disney buses and strapped in on the scooter. This scooter allows him to be independent. With the push of a button, we can fold it and I can carry it for him like I used to carry on my children's strollers. I have emailed several questions to the manufacturer and they have been very attentive and very positive. Pleasure dealing with them. Thank you, QVC, for offering this on 18-mo. free financing with a QCard. That made purchasing the scooter a "no brainer" for us. We have only used it a few times to go shopping, but if this continues to perform as it has, we will be over the moon. This scooter is a great help for anyone who has issues, and maybe just needs a little "help" in getting around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Can Go Again! I have a very bad back and have had two hip replacements. I thought my traveling days were over. WRONG! I bought this little jewel and off I go. I named her and she’s a hit on the cruise ships. Everyone wants to see her fold and unfold. I think QVC should give me a huge credit on my account because I’ve probably sold 5 or 6 of these babies and I always tell people to go to QVC. Love it and couldn’t do without it. I am 74, female and can easily lift it into the trunk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Great ! We really are happy with it. Folds up to about the size of a large suitcase. (And YES...you want the auto folding option !) We had great concerns ordering this expensive item. (Would be Expensive to send back if we didn't like it too !) BUT we love it. My husband has had a lot of mobility issues the last 8 months or so---- and canes and crutches just don't do the trick for getting him everywhere. We can say that it is everything we had hoped for thusfar. We could not get it to open when it first arrived. It was a weekend so no hope of any mechanical help at the toll free number---- and some concern set in. Then a friend stopped by and realized that a couple of wires were not connected. He hooked them up and VOILA ! It opened right up...….and it is GREAT. My husband weighs 248 so was concerned that he was right near the top of the chart for it but there isn't any problem. Plenty sturdy---very balanced-- and no problem supporting his weight. It weighs 44 pounds and we have a big Expedition so it is a bit heavy to lift UP into our tall SUV but once I realized that I wasn't reaching from the bottom of it enough when I lifted it....it is fine. We are taking on two cruises this summer.....one transatlantic crossing and one thru Europe and this will be a miracle worker on those big ships.(So now you can go and see the World !) My husband is concerned about the airlines but your paperwork or online show said it could be checked like a stroller at the end of the ramp before boarding plane. Am sure the airlines see plenty of these things. We took it to an outdoor party this last weekend. He zoomed up the sidewalk in it.....up a long driveway and found a little place to park it and sit in it off to the side at party and he was very comfortable. It really does give you FREEDOM. Love the RED color ! Wish there was a collapsible wire basket to hang behind the seat to hold things. Or at least a HOOK to hook on a tote bag of our own. Taking to a trade show next month. We gave a lot of thought to this purchase. We knew QVC would stand behind it if it didn't work.....or didn't work for us.(The Easy Pay option is great.) We felt QVC would not offer something like this if they hadn't been really careful about its quality and maintenance record. And David Venable would not want to say it was great....if it wasn't. It is ! Order it !!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I am very disappointed with this scooter purchase. I took it my church so I may get around and hit a bump and now it only goes straight. I am unable to turn right/left and I haven't paid for it yet. A piece of crap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Purchase My husband was diagnosed with ALS a little over a year ago. We wanted to start traveling, and knew with his mobility compromised with the disease this would be very difficult. We purchased this scooter and could not be more pleased with it. It is portable, light weight, and best of all TSA approved. The only negative we have experienced is that because it is 3 wheels, it does tip easy. You have to maintain your center on the scooter. Would highly recommend..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Need some improvements I really wanted this product to work because of my back at times also I have some relatives that visit that need a little extra help but this item first of all has very hard tires you cannot go over any surface unless it is just a completely flat hard surface or carpet you cannot really go over anything even as big as a garden hose without it getting caught up and then you have to lift the thing up to go over it for this price it should have rubber Wheels a little bit of suspension in the seat and it should be able to go over more then what was said. I do not recommend this at all for anybody that is larger it is a very beautiful scooter it opens and closes beautifully the colors nice Everything Is Beautiful on it except using it is challenging you could actually tip over very easily on this if you don't sit down first and then put your feet up and then if you hit an object sideways you could possibly tip over so you have to be super careful with this thing if you're not up and down Hills and you're small it might work out for you I unfortunately had to send it back and I honestly can't see too many people over 70 being able to lift this up two or three ft to put into the trunk of a vehicle especially if you have back problems very sorry for the poor review but it's a lot of money and it needs to be worth it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Stable I purchased this thinking it would be perfect. But it fell over on me while on it. It happened so fast I didn’t even see it coming. Going to find something with four wheels now that is stable. I just have to heal first now.
