Rated 3 out of 5 by from First time use Overheats and gets very hot very fast, even when resting. Outlet blows dust around while you’re trying to suck it up so a bit annoying. Charge 3 hours for 10 minute use... not really worth the price I paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just what I wanted I purchased this vacuum because I needed to be able to clean places difficult to reach with my upright cleaner. Our house is about 2000 sq.feet and the machine does work well there is no need to recharge the batteries before the job is done. Good suction and I have no problem emptying the canister. It's a good purchase for me!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only wish for better battery.. Would be great product for big price.. but battery drains too fast on max power suction! And I found myself using only max power for great cleaning result.. And what with battery shutting off in below freezing temperature !?!?..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cordless vac with some odd design choices... Got mine from QVC awhile back and it does a decent job of light work cleaning. However, there are some odd design choices that I just can't understand. Dyson, the following are my recommendations for product improvement: 1: Content bin lid should open forward not behind. This would be the more logical design choice when emptying the bin since you are more inclined to lean the vacuum forward into the trash receptacle. 2: Batteries should be removable so as to facilitate longer cleaning times by the purchaser if desired. Portable power tools have been doing this forever. It would also be an additional source of revenue for Dyson. 3:Battery charge level indicator. How could there not be a battery charge level indicator on such a device given the price point? Pretty obvious inclusion if you ask me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from V7 I bought the V7 and the battery life is very poor, not worth the money I paid for it! I hate it! I never received any gift either.
