Dyson V11 Torque Drive Cordless Vacuum w/ Grab-and-Go Floor Dok is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 145.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Disappointment The only stand out this model has is being cordless. If you have arthritis in your hands, there is no way to keep the vacuum running other than handle. Gets very tiring fast. In addition, there is no carpet height adjustment. The vacuum bogs down on deep plush carpeting. This is a VERY bad not to have on a vacuum cleaner! HELLO!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Description of product on QVC Why are the descriptions so different or challenging to make a choice? This is disturbing when ordering items online that are the same but only different in color. For example this Dyson. I have also noticed this between the Apple watches. A cleaner description would suffice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clogging Issue I was so excited to use my Dyson stick vacuum. However, I had repeated problems with the vacuum clogging, right where the ball attaches from the vacuum head to the stick itself. I would get so frustrated trying to clean the clog…I could never get the clog completely resolved. I’m so frustrated seeing all of the positive comments about Dyson. I can’t believe I’m the only one with this issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! These things are great. I have two in the house (one on each floor) and the oldest one’s out in the garage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Vacuum I had an older model of this vacuum. I only used it for quick pick ups, not as my main vacuum. I had not used it very much and then it quit charging. Buyer Beware!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wasted money This is the worst vac I have ever used. Kills my wrist when using it. Won’t stand up on its own. Battery doesn’t last very long and the suction is lousy. Save your money. Buy something better and cheaper. Wish I had sent it back. I would never recommend this vac.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Dyson I have three Dyson stick model, one on each floor that I have bought over the years. First one, is around five years old (can not remember which model) and is still going strong. Other two are a V8 and V11. I see so many bad reviews on this model… mine is a little more than one year old, used daily and still going strong. No issues. V8 is over three years old and used daily and never an issue. Over the years I have bought four. First one lasted four years. Yes… these are pricy, but the amount of time these machines save me is more than worth it. I am that person that can not deal with debris on floors and these are awesome to whip out and do a quick vac… charged and at the ready. When one dies, it will be replaced. If I have to do manual labor, I am going to use what gets the job done quickly and effectively… these do that for me.
