Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really like the fan, but the app is terrible! I do like this fan, but it's supposed to connect to the Dyson app to tell you air quality, etc. IT'S TERRIBLE! Almost every time I access the app, it can't connect to the fan. The light on the fan claims it's connected to the internet, my phone is connected to the internet, but the app tells me it's having problem connecting to the fan. If it weren't so expensive, I might have given it another star, but to pay this much for something and to have it not work properly is upsetting! To use the app, I constantly have to remove the fan and reinstall it!

When box was opened it appeared the product was repackaged not original packaging and when plugged in did not work. Possibly a returned product. Called Dyson Customer Service and after trouble shooting I was directed to return the product to Dyson for a replacement. Replacement arrived and works well out of the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb Purifier over the past ten years I have owned/ own about ten air purifiers. At least half of them have been HEPA filter air purifiers. This purifier “ hands down” is the best. It is quiet and in the auto mode adjusts itself to the level needed to purify the air. I love that the Dyson app allows me to monitor the air quality in my home 24/7. After plugging this in within hours I felt that the other air purifiers I own are almost worthless. Thank you Dyson for another winner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I Bought It I felt a little crazy spending so much on a fan. But I feel okay leaving it going when I am not at home ... No blades to fly off. But the best part is the hepa filter we have soooo much smoke from forest fires in Canada, Montana, California I wondered why I was not affected as much as my family as friends duh! Thank you QVC and Dyson.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TOO NOISY People with TINNitus or Hearing Probl So Disapointed. Just received. Going back today so glad I tried it out before too late. I thought I would love this since I love my dyson vacuum. Purchased for my husband birthday since advertised as quiet. If you have tinninitus this is not for you. Roars on setting eight thru ten. Lower settings really do not cool that well. Think QVC should reimburse for shipping back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Air purifier I purchased this item in May. Reason being I have asthma. Best thing I did. Unfortunately it stopped working end of July. Sent it back to dysentery on Thursday and received a new one one Tuesday. Great company.
