Dyson AM10 Ultrasonic Humidifier & Air Multiplier is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 64.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped Working After Two Weeks It took several weeks and MULTIPLE calls and chats with QVC for this to even get shipped. When it finally arrived, it worked fabulously for nearly two weeks. Then one day it just stopped outputting humidity/mist. I've spent several hours researching, troubleshooting and just trying to get it to work. For the cost, it should last more than two weeks. I absolutely LOVE my Dyson vacuums and have for years. I'm super disappointed in this product because I REALLY wanted and needed it to work! Winter time in the desert is dry and this was to have helped us thought the winter, not for just two weeks of it,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase We are so happy we purchased this humidifier, used it overnight and it has made a huge difference already, now getting a second one for our bedroom!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average A tank of water lasts about 7 hours on the default humidity. Not the easiest to refill, since you have to take it apart to do so. I wish it would rotate like the other Dyson products. I’m just a little under whelmed for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Beat The Moisture Distribution I purchased this humidifier, my first ever. To avoid lugging it up and down the stairs, I soon purchased a second humidifier of a different brand. What a difference in the performance! The power of the 2nd humidifier is very lackluster compared to the Dyson. My dog seeks out the Dyson humidifier so she can sleep in breeze that it creates. So she's also sold. The price is pretty high for this device. I hope that it lasts for several years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't purchase! This is a VERY expensive purchase. Sadly, 6 - 7 weeks (of course just after the 30 days returning deadline) the thing just started leaking everywhere. We were loving this item and felt we had made a good investment but all of a sudden it stopped working and started leaking all over our floor and rug (causing lots of damage). Just not worth the price it paid. QVC says can't return it because it's beyond the 30 days - and Dyson still hasn't gotten back to us. Such a pity as we are huge fan of dyson products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just MEH for me I was excited to receive this fan as I needed it for my sinuses. I was surprised at how weak the air flow was at the highest setting. Don't buy this one if you ever intend to use only as a fan; you'll disappointed. As for the humidifier aspect, it's ok. Don't think I'll be buying another one, especially at this price point.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too difficult to clean Spent several hours trying to figure out cleaning (monthly) instructions. Would have never purchased had I known.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY Disappointing Experience My very-recent experience with the Dyson Humidifier: as a chronic sinusitis/sinus-infection sufferer, humidification is vital to me to keep the dreaded sinus infections at bay. Therefore, the decision to purchase a Dyson humidifier was an easy one: it was worth the premium price for the promise of clean, bacteria-free humidified air. And for about six or seven weeks, it was great. No morning sinus headaches; no sinus pressure; and no sinus infections. But that's all over; as of this weekend, my Dyson humidfier has stopped producing humidified air. Just stopped. The fan still runs, but no humidity is produced. I tried the troubleshooting steps outlined on the website, but to no avail. And without humidity, my sinuses will be up in arms. So, after not having to deal with the ravages of sinusitis for several weeks now, sinus malaise is headed my way. For me, unfortunately, it doesn't take long: a couple of nights of sleep in the extrememly-dry air is usually all it takes to trigger a bout. I don't keep spare humidifiers hanging around, so using another humidifier isn't an option. Hopefully I'll be able to get to a local store before the end of the week to purchase another humidifier. I thought my several-hundred-$$ Dyson would be around for many years; instead, it didn't even make it for many WEEKS. FYI: when searching online for a potential fix and/or troubleshooting steps, I discovered that I'm far from the only one who has experienced this same issue. Coincidentally, last week I purchased (from QVC) a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer for my wife (she's had her eye on it for a while now). In fact, I just wrapped the box last night, with the intention of giving it to her later this week as a gift. THANKFULLY I haven't yet given it to her, so I'm going to have to return it (I'm sorry QVC!). I just can't take another chance on a premium ($$$$) Dyson product.
