Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beauty & warmth comes in this bundle! Having seen this lil gem in a neighbor's unit, and the beauty & warmth it gave off, I decided on the coldest blustery January morning here in Chicago yet, to order this this post haste! And I wasn't disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love Design - Engineering Needs WORK ! Bought (2) of these on (12-11-18) at Sale Price. Got one CINNAMON / 2nd in CREAM. Love the design! Everyone who saw them at my house over the Holidays commented on how much they liked them. Heat/Candle/Remote Thermostat Functions have worked exactly as advertised. Don't much care for Bluish Candle light. The CINNAMON unit has worked great so far but having trouble with the CREAM unit. ISSUE - CREAM Unit didn't even make it (15) days before the FAN started making a horrible LOUD Noise. FAN sounds like metal is grinding against metal. The Heat/Candle/Remote Thermostat functions all still work - but I am afraid to continue using the Unit as I don't want the FAN to malfunction and destroy/blow-up the Unit -- or worse -- Spark a Fire!!! Since CREAM is no longer available - I decided not to return for EXCHANGE (really want CREAM Unit). I will try contacting Duraflame to see about repairing Unit directly through them??? Duraflame should work out the BUGS with the FAN and loud noise these Units make (as other Reviews have commented) -- then this Lantern Heater would get higher recommends and be worth the money. AS IS - PURCHASE WITH CAUTION!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Ordered the bronze and it is just beautiful. Throws out a lot of heat and the candles are pretty. Wish they could be on a timer. I do not find this noisy, it is right next to my tv and I don't need to turn the tv up. My furnace makes more noise than the Duraflame.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love this heater, but may not be for everyone. I love MANY things about this heater--- wasn't sure about the bronze "shine", so I ordered the brick color and I do like the color. I also really like the varied candle heights, color and flicker adjustability feature, the remote, and LED screen on the front of the heater. And-- this infrared heater really does put out the heat and fast! When you turn it off, it takes a minute for the fan to turn off, which is a good thing so the fan can cool down. It's bigger than I expected, but manageable for me. Two BIG downside features for me....it is LOUDER than my little electric fireplace. This heater might be okay in a basement, or if it were on carpeting it might not be as loud, or if it's going to be used for a couple of minutes in a bedroom to take the chill off the room. It's in my little living room and on a wood floor. However, the BIG downside for me is that it needs EXTRA POWER to be able to be turned on. First time I plugged it in, it blew a fuse. On the same circuit with my TV and fireplace, so I moved it across the room---blew the fuse again. Ran the cord around the door and plugged into my bedroom---had it going, went in my bathroom, had lights on, and turned on the hairdryer and fuse blew again! So, I've talked with my handyman and we'll see if I put a special plug in that is connected with back porch fan and light which isn't used frequently or use a lot of power, or I'll use it and make sure nothing is turned on in the bedroom or bath and I'll just have to look at the cord going around the door. I just listened to the presentation again and NOTHING IS SAID ABOUT EXTRA POWER SURGE for start-up. That really should be discussed. Not sending it back--postage and packing would be too much. May give to daughter for her cabin, or re-sell, so I RECOMMEND FOR SOME... do your homework before purchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Heater Nice size and well made. Puts out lots of heat. Using in my living room next to the TV. Yes you hear the fan, but its not loud enough to be objectionable. Would buy again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Duraflame heater It was very large, came to my knees and very heavy. The push button controls on actual unit, were the kind on a childs toy that in time would be smooshed down and no longer usable. Both the unit and remote would sometimes work per instructions and than not work. It did kick out great heat and overall was quieter than most space heaters. I was overall disappointed and returned my heater.
