Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery drains quickly We have been in Disney world for two days..... we stopped and charged the scooter during the day to stop..... both nights we have ended up pushing the scooter on to the bus to get back to hotel as well as back to the room... the scooter is also charged at night... we figured maybe there was an issue where it doesn’t charge from the steering column so we tried putting directly to the battery.... still completely drained.... we spend more time stopped then anything... when we are stopped the scooter gets turned off... also the seat back it’s very small and does not offer much, if at all, back support... also I really don’t recommend this for tall people. My mom, who is 5’11 and had a total knee replacement in January needed this for the trip and now it’s the worst idea we had... we should have spent the extra money to get an even better scooter!!!! This product has been a bigger problem than what it would have been to just leave it be and rent one from the park... at least with them they would replace it with something that works

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Purchase Ever!!! I have tried many scooters and this one is better by far. It is adjustable in many ways. The seat swivels for easy entrance and exit. I was able to maneuver in tight spaces with ease. The only negative is where they mounted the cup holder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love My Scooter I bought this scooter for myself to help me get outside more and to be able to walk my large German Short Hair Pointer dog. He is very big and can pull me down really fast. I have MS and can’t walk long distances and I really am enjoying it. I take 3 to 4 walks a day and it is wonderful. I have recommended this to my friend and I really hope she gets one. Best purchase I have made to help myself and Jack. I have had no trouble with the feeling it will tip. Very pleased I bought it. Thank You for making my life a lot easier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Finding Freedom I have some foot issues that have caused me many restrictions over time. I never felt like I wanted to use the scooter/cart available at big box and grocery stores but they represented my only way to get out and be independent. Unfortunatelly, many others have the need as well. It is hard to find a cart, and, when you do it may lose power in the middle of shoppint. My wife purchased this for me and so far it have given me a lot of freedom to get in and out of stores, recreation areas and in my community. I feel like I have re-dscovered freedom again. It arrived and was very heavy in the box. I had a dolly so could maniputlate it to the patio. My wife and I struggled in putting it all together. A better how to video would have helpful. Anyhow, after doing a lot of hitting and missing we got things going. I was able to call the company and they helped me with a few questions I had. I love the speed adjustment. I can go as fast or slow as I want. More FREEDOM. I would have liked to have the seat adjust lower. It does adjust but not as low as I would like. It comes apart and folds compactly and I store it in my trunk. All I need to remember is to take the battery. All in all I recommend this item. It is not too expensive and the FREEDOM it provides is well worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from harder than shown to pull apart My package was beat up and torn completely on one side. The back of the seat was torn from the poor packaging. Once you get the scooter together it works really well. We were shopping at a mall for 2-1/2 hours and only used one dot of the battery. The battery tracking is wonderful, you always know how much you have left. Its great to be able to use a key to turn on and off, and the horn and light are great. I have to pull apart to get into car and it is a little harder than shown to put together. I am hoping with practice it will get better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My 1st Mobility Scooter I was very excited to receive my scooter. While the directions were not very clear, I didn’t have any difficulty putting it together. My difficulty came when I drove it. I almost tipped over twice. This occurred at the end of my first outing. Prior to tipping, the scooter rode perfectly. The tipping occurred when I was attempting to turn on a dip in the walkway, so I know now, what not to do. I set the speed at half while I enjoyed my outing at the zoo. The basket and the cup holder comes in handy. The scooter is easy to disassemble and fits in the back of my Honda CRV easily and perfectly. And, you can leave the scooter in the car and take the battery in the house to charge. If you only need the scooter occasionally, like a trip to the zoo or to the mall, it is perfect. Otherwise, I would suggest a more heavy duty scooter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Feels like it will tip over Bought for my mom. She feels like when she gets on an uneven surface like bricks or uneven sidewalks, it feels like she will tip over. She's had to put her foot out because she thought she would tip over. The assembly instructions also leave a lot to be desired - - they did not explain every step and we had to figure it out as we went along. I expected more for the cost.
