What is it: A dermatologist-formulated shampoo that penetrates deep into the scalp to target aging, help the hair follicle and root, and help promote healthier-looking hair.

Who is it for: Ideal for anyone with aging hair, this shampoo cleanses and exfoliates the scalp to wash away dirt, oil, and residue.

Why is it different: This shampoo removes oil and impurities from the scalp to promote shinier, healthier-looking hair.

How do I use it: Massage directly into scalp, adding water to activate a rich lather. Leave on for one to two minutes. Rinse and repeat if desired. For best results, follow with Root Resilience Nourishing Scalp Conditioner and Serum (both not included).

Dr. Gross Root Resilience Shampoo is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Where is the Lather? The directions say, "...adding water to activate a rich lather." Regardless of the amount of water I add, from a small amount to more than I think necessary, I cannot get a "rich lather" to develop. I bought this after having my hair almost ruined by WEN. I always had wonderfully thick hair. But, after using WEN, it started to fall out and thin out. Unfortunately, this does not seem to have the regenerative properties I was looking for or needed. Have not seen much of a difference in my hair's body or appearance since using this shampoo. Don't think I'll purchase it again.
