Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb skin booster and moisturizer!! This serum makes you feel hydrated, smooths fine lines and helps with brightening some areas where old spots may have been. Absolutely love it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never again! I've been using this serum for over 10 years, and I stopped to try the Algenist liquid collagen which was lovely. But after a month of using it, I noticed that my skin was not as hydrated and smooth as when I was using Dr. Denese's serum. I live in Colorado and am 73 yrs. old, and have extremely dry skin on top of it, and this serum is the ONLY one which really hydrates my skin. I have returned to using it and will never stray again! Please never stop making this, Dr. Denese. It's simply the best out there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ingredient disappointment I'd been using this serum for a long time and, then used followup Denese creams. I'm not sure how I missed this, but the prevalent ingredient is dimethicone. This is a chemical that does no favors to your skin. It's what gives "slip" to to the serum (among other things). That means that the primary ingredient makes us think/feel that it's good for the skin - NOT. Over time, dimethicone is a drying agent. My face eventually erupted with bumps that would not go away. And, no I wasn't using too much product. There are now so, so many products that don't use chemicals. They provide responsibly obtained natural and/or organic ingredients that actually do make your skin its best. Unfortunately, they are and need to be produced in small batches (unlike chemical serums) and are somewhat pricey. However, I for one think that my one and only face is worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Used to be better I am not sure if the formula has changed on this product or not. I have been using this serum since 2009 and the last few bottles smell rancid after a few weeks of use. I am still happy with how the product works, but it is really hard to apply this to my face with the horrible smell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Read The Ingredients, People! #1 ingredient in this product- dimethicone. And apparently a lot of it, as that what gives this its oily texture. Guess what else has dimethicone as its #1 ingredient? Rid lice treatment. Wouldn’t put that on my face......

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken stopper plus duplicate product repackaged I thought this item was something new when in fact Dr Denese has been selling it for years in that tall opaque airless pump. Why it was repackaged in a clear bottle is a mystery. It is absolutely identical to what I already own word for word and in feel and consistency. Very disappointed on so many levels but I will leave it at this.....it's going right back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magic in a Bottle This serum feels a bit like oil at first, but glides and spreads on easily. I use it every where on my face and even take it down my neck and chest. Drys to a matte finish in about 2 minutes. I'm a true believer in using this product, and use twice a day. One of my Holy Grail Dr Denese items. Highly recommend. I always have a least one back up.
