Not my pasta!
I have always made my manicotti and this time ordered them, since they appeared to have a crepe outer shell. This is the first time I saw the filling pull away from the shell after cooking. Not my creamy ricotta filling! Sorry, my momma taught me better!

Tough and the texture is weird
Not a fan. We threw the rest out. We were looking forward to these and we were very disappointed with the result. Our opinion only, perhaps someone else would like them.
