Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing It's very light, and has pretty good power for a small inexpensive unit. The hose is miserably cheap, not malleable or expandable as they used to make, and doesn't lock into place, it just kind of swivels. The output of air blows finer particles around causing the operator to chase the debris around. There is also no option to turn off the beater bar, so it constantly spins even when only using the hose and handheld attachments. The dirt devil I had purchased years ago was about of the same price range, but had significantly higher quality components. I'm a little disappointed in the brand, because I loved my other one so much, and expected great things with this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great power i bought this vacuum because i was tired of cleaning the bagless vacuums holding tank and filters. Now when the bag is full, just toss and replace with new bag. This machine has very good suctions for picking up dirt and pet hair. My only complaint is that the brushes continue to rotate when I am using the hand tool to clean furniture, which caused the belt to break within two weeks. Now I just position the base so the brushes are up off the floor while using the hand tool. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG I LOVE this Vac This is the BEST bagged vacuum I have ever had. It goes and goes and goes. It ALWAYS vacs up the carpet schmutz on the FIRST pass...never have to go over and over the same area. Frustration free and a GREAT price. THE BEST, period. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Make America great again! This is my third Dirtdevil vacuum cleaner. I find this model to be somewhat improved over the previous one in several ways. The power cord is longer, the profile is lower so it reaches under beds and furniture better, it's a bit quieter and lighter than the previous model, and it was extraordinarily easy to put together out of the box. I only found a couple of things that I would consider slightly annoying. The suction hose has a tendency to come loose from the vacuum when it's not wrapped over the top hook snugly enough. I also found the tools not to be as versatile as the last model, for instance, the brush will not fit on the end of the long tube, it only fits on the end of the hose. In other words, not enough inter-connectivity between the tools and attachment points. Despite the quirks, I feel this unit is an improvement over the previous model.
