Honestly the product was perfect. The charging case was problematic from the beginning not easily allowing the usb into the charging space without difficulty. I should have returned it to QVC who is wonderful dealing with these issues. When it became impossible to charge the case I contacted the company. They have been running me in circles since 3/8 telling me that they will send a tracking number; then telling me there was a problem but they will correct it and send out the charging case. Then after not receiving the tracking number or the case they tell me that it is being corrected now and will be sent out within 5-10 business days that was 4/4. Today is 4/17 no tracking number and no charging case and now no further response to my inquiries.

Like them but...
Sound and fit are great but is there a trick to getting them back in the case to charge?? This is my only issue with them
