Not Poseidon, but Eros
This is a beautiful piece. However, the motif of a small child riding a dolphin was common in Classical Antiquity, but it is always Eros (Cupid), and not Poseidon, riding it. There are no examples in classical antiquity of the god Poseidon depicted as a child.

Beautiful by very fragile
Pros: Incredibly beautiful fountain; the pictures do not do it justice.
Cons: Incredibly fragile. The first one arrived completely broken; the replacement fountain did not last out a year (which normal handling and care.) It just very, very fragile. I am not saying "don't buy it;" I'm saying that there is a strong chance it will break if you do.

We love the appearance.
The only complaint we have is the way it was packed to ship. The item is way to heavy to be shipped in the flimsy carton in which it was shipped. The carton was virtually destroyed when we received it and we were amazed that it was only slightly damaged. Fortunately this damage was in an area where it was out of sight when the fountain was assembled. You definitely need to improve your packaging. Your shipping department obviously has not seen how products are actually handled by UPS and other carriers.
