Very Fragile
I love the little fisherman boy, but I had him by my pond and the wind knocked him over and his head broke off. I have many statues and this is the first that is so fragile. I glued it back on, time will tell how long it will last. He is very adorable!

Just as pictured. Nice product and reasonably priced. Quality design and materials. Arrived when promised and in good condition. Love the details including scales on the fish. Two tone color is nice also.

I love him..
I ordered fredrick and Nellie..she is on backorder but I received fredrick today..I love him, very nice statues, shipping was fast,and packaged real good..he arrived safe and is durable..I dont know why anybody would give a bad review..he sits fine on my table but he is going in my pond room and I will take pics when Nellie comes in..
Yes I would recommend ,,very nice for the price..I have him sitting on my hutch right now waiting for nellie..lol

I have just received Frederic and am absolutely thrilled to bits with him, the detail on his clothes and the fish on his hat is fabulous, I am about to purchase the medium Nelly to sit on the opposite side of my bridge over my little wildlife pond.

Received Broken
I have had this item on my wish list for some time and when it was on sale decided to purchase. I should have suspected something when I received the box and began to open it.. The packaging had a lot of clear tape on it and when I did get it opened the head was broke OFF. There was also a big ding in the cardboard on the outside of the box that went through to the styrofoam container that the statue was in. I have boxed it up and sending it back tomorrow. Very disappointed to find it was sold out at QVC but found it on the Design Toscano website for less than on sale on the Q. Since the item was damaged upon receipt I expect a full refund.

Frederic, The little fisherman of Avignon Statue
I am absolutely happy with my purchase. It is an adorable accent to our fishing pond. The statue fits perfectly on the wooden ledge. I will definitely be ordering again. I will highly recommend this site to others.

So sweet.
Frederic, the Little Fisherman of Avignon statue looks great by my tiny pond. He rests nicely on a flat rock, and his innocence and delight give me a smile; I feel young again, too. I only wish he were a little bigger and heavier, but he hasn't toppled over in any summer rains yet. Thank you, Toscano.

This little fisherman will look great around my backyard water feature. I am glad I also bought the little girl fisher woman. My husband and I fish so we can enjoy them catching a fish when we don’t.
