Beautiful coat
Purchased the navy in large. Normal size14-16. Fits beautiful. Surprised at the extra button at the collar to totally close the neck. Thank you Dennis!

Lovely coat. Ran small. Had to return.
I watched this coat for a few months before ordering. After having read the measurements, I chose my size. The coat arrived in a clear plastic bag, inside a box. It was in good shape, but no garment bag or return label. The coat fit very snugly in the arms, chest and mid section. I ordered the navy and it is gorgeous! Faux fur feels very soft to the touch. I must return, though, because it doesn't fit and navy isn't available in next size up. I will say that if you are tall and thin, this coat will probably look amazing on you. I am 5'4" and plus size and it did not look good at all on me. But that's not the coat's fault! Also, I will mention that the lining is very sumptuous, which the online presenter in the video failed to mention. The younger hosts are obviously not as skilled at presenting as the veterans. When showing apparel, it is necessary to go over all of the points of a an item, especially one such as this with all of its details. It is a step above for sure, and Mr. Basso deserves a presenter who will do him justice. Worthy of 5 stars and more.

Classic Elegance
I've dreamed of owning a Dennis Basso coat. I finally splurged, purchased this coat and absolutely love it! This rich, navy blue coat with a golden paisley pattern that is embroidered into this incredible jacquard fabric is light weight, but will keep you warm in 20 degree weather. It has cozy navy cuffs and flattering faux fur collar that you can wear as is, lift the back collar, or secure with a side button to create three glamorous looks. It is beautifully lined and has a generous interior pocket. The exterior patch pockets are ideal to secure a cell phone, pair of gloves and or mask. The navy concave buttons are sturdy and secure well, too. The coat tapers to the waistline, flairs out nicely over the hips and the length is just below the knees. When wearing this coat with jeans or work apparel, be prepared to receive compliments.This coat is bold and beautiful! I'm 5' 8", size 10 and ordered a size Medium. It arrived nicely packaged with a complimentary garment bag. At last, I own a luxe Madison Avenue look that I can enjoy wearing in the Midwest! Thank you so much, Dennis Basso for designing a woman's coat that is the epitome of classic elegance, surprisingly affordable and will be enjoyed for many years.

Madison ave coat
This coat is absolutely beautiful! I feel like a Russian Czarina in it. The cloth is not as heavy as I expected but for me it’s a great medium to lighter weight. Plenty warm for winter days without becoming boiling hot. It was tailored so well, a very nicely made coat. The lining was attached with care, no bunching. I usually take a 2X but purchased the 3X and I’m glad I did. The coat is some what fitted in the bust/shoulder area. I have wider shoulders and this size accommodates that. Also in the past coats have fit perfectly except in the hip region in a 2x. Where this coat has a somewhat tailored fit and due to the material I went up a size and it fits my shape quite well. I am 5’4” and the coat hits 2-3” below the knee. It is exquisite in every way. The tailoring, the materials are fantastic and the faux fur is so soft! I only go to the market, so where I’ll wear it I don’t know but I knew when I saw it hanging on the rack with the other coats I had to have it. If you want a luxurious looking coat, look no further.... just beautiful!

Beautiful Coat!
I just received this beautiful coat today. It is such a lovely coat and looks very expensive. I ordered a small but could have worn an extra small. I am going to keep the small in order to wear sweaters under it. I got the black it is very classy. If you have the chance to order this I recommend it.

Stunning
I just got my jacket today and I cannot believe how gorgeous this jacket is. I got the navy jacquard with navy faux fur, and this is beyond beautiful. It is not just a jacket; it is Art!!! It makes me feel like royalty. I love the slightly fit and flare style of the jacket; reminds me of the frock jackets from the past. I am a bit disappointed with QVC for dumping the jacket in a regular plastic bag, without the hanger and the Basso garment bag. I did not purchase an “as is” item. I assumed new Dennis Basso Madison Avenue jackets are sold with a garment bag and come neatly folded in a box. I have many of his faux fur throws and pillows and they have always been shipped in true Basso style: neatly tied with ribbons. I bought my regular QVC size XXS, and it fits me perfect. Love you Mr. Basso.
