Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome portable machine So I purchase the system last Sat, it works wonder. this machine is light but it packs with fast processor, I can load my apps so fast and do my works on Office easily. It lacks of port, but it can be fix with accessories; therefore, it is not a problem for me. Until now, the machine is running great and it is what I expect for an XPS series

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This one's a beast I've been using it for the past two weeks. No issues so far. Good battery back up. Screen excellent for the eyes, no strain even after watching for hours. Anti-glare feature is nice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware I purchased this Dell laptop for my son for college, thinking Dell would be a quality product and that the company would stand behind it. Sadly, I was wrong. A month after purchase, it stopped working. It has been over a week now trying to get this problem resolved. In the meantime, my son is without a computer for school. I am so disappointed that what I thought was a quality computer ended up being a piece of junk. I will never buy a Dell product again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little notebook Skeptical moving from a 15 inch notebook to the 13 XPS. But really a great size and performance. I chose the 9360 for the better port selection, have too many old USB A stuff to abandon it and I don't want a dongle mess. Sound is a bit subdued but understandable for a small thin notebook. keyboard and touchpad couldn't be more perfect and screen at 1920x1080 is perfect. I don't think the higher resolution screen is worth it. Matte screen does not drown out colors like some cheaper TN quality screens. My last notebook had a glossy screen which was terrible in daylight.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Issues to consider Overall, the laptop is very functional and should be considered if looking for ultraportable. Some issues to consider that may or may not be an issue for you... 1) For me, the XPS flap on the bottom of the laptop that hides the serial number and service tag information does not stay closed. I don't know if it is supposed to be magnetic or some type of snap mechanism but it just will not stay closed. The problem it creates is it catches on my backpack or computer sleeve every time I pack my laptop. At some point, I am sure it will catch and rip off. Also, when carrying around, it is annoying to hold the flap closed when putting the laptop down on my desk or workstation. 2) Please be sure to check the specs if your configuration will support windows Hello (the biometric and face recognition sign in features). It was not clear that my configuration does not support facial recognition. I don't know why because it does have a front camera. 3) The power supply connection is not USB 3. They still use the older barrel charger.
