Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleek, fast and powerful I did purchase a Dell XPS 13 after a long 2-3 weeks of search. Reasons why I purchased are as follow 1. Design (its sleek, light weight and elegant) 2. Customizable config options 3. I got a Jaybird ear buds (worth $180) for free. However, after a week I discovered that one of my USB port is not working. I am hoping Dell Support will help me with this. But so far I am satisfied with my purchase. Its easy to setup and does not take much time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very pleased after updating the laptop! After getting my laptop, I spent a few hours on it, within which it crashed and gave me the BSOD three times. I then managed to update it which seems to have stopped the crashing problems. The only issue I've got now is whenever I close the laptop, it shuts down, even though it says in the settings that it should go to sleep when I close the lid. If this could be fixed that would be excellent! Other than this, the laptop is performing flawlessly. I would highly recommend this as the machine to get.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from good for about a year... i honestly am really disappointed with this product. It worked really well for around a year, and then slowly started to fall apart. First, the headphone jack/speakers began to only producer “fuzzy” static sound, and then stopped working completely. then, the charging doc broke and left me unable to charge my laptop. eventually, i was not able to use my computer unless it was plugged in to an outlet, and has since stopped turning on completely. i would consider this being just a “dud,” but my sister had the same results with her xps 13, in an even shorter amount of time. it just seems like these were made very cheaply.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Battery ruins great laptop Really no point in having a qhd screen is battery is going to be so unreliable. The advertised battery and the functional battery are two different stories. Wish I had gotten a MacBook Pro - same specs but more power. As I am a student, battery is like oxygen for me - cant survive w/o it. would not recommend laptop
