Rated 3 out of 5 by from 50/50 I'm still working on it. Not for people over 70. To much talk and not step by step. If after we read it and still not get it----Too many words, need more 1,2,3 with simple one step pictures..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I expected -- waste of money The Dell chicklet keyboard is quiet and very easy to use. My major complaint is that there is no CAPS LOCK indicator. This is especially frustrating when I am typing and find that everything is in caps when it should be in sentence case or lower case. The Dell laptop I have has the same keyboard but has an indicator so there is no excuse for that omission. The mouse was a waste of money as you con't load the cursor for drag and drop, so I have to cut and paste which is a time waster.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wireless works great! Wireless mouse and keyboard work flawlessly with the USB plug. Delivery, installation, ease-of-use are all fine. My only issue (why I rated it a 4 instead of 5) is that the keyboard is a little cramped, compared to Logitech wireless keyboards. Also, the mouse software is difficult to locate (again, I'm comparing this to Logitech's excellent "Unifying" software, which has numerous useful features)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It feels good when typing but I don't like the arrangement of some of the special keys (Delete). It is what it is!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from If you lose the tiny USB receiver you have to throw out the whole set The keyboard and mouse are great but the tiny USB receiver that comes with the set so that the keyboard and mouse can connect wirelessly to your computer is not replaceable if lost. My kids managed to lose it and now I have a worthless keyboard and mouse. Why wouldn't Dell make replacement parts??

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bare bones but works well I like the feel of the keys on the keyboard. It has a small profile so doesn’t take up much room. I also like that the mouse goes into standby mode as to not use up the battery too quickly. The main feature missing for me on the keyboard is a lack of any visual indicator such as a small light to indicate that the caps lock key is down. Other than that a decent purchase
