Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Customer Service But this Dell computer with Microsoft Office but no office to be found when computer arrived period after no help from QVC and in fact a very snippy operator telling me to call Dell and offering no support I figured out I got a computer without the office already installed so I called back QVC to complain this operator was so Sullen I couldn't believe it but it then I had to spend hours on the phone with Dell support whom I could not understand them, and they had no idea what I was talking about when I told them Microsoft was supposed to be installed and an hour later finally they tracked down that it was supposed to have office installed and they did it from their end. The whole reason I bought from QVC I was office installed was to avoid a painful set up and still got it anyway. I would have returned the whole thing but I also paid a hundred bucks to have it professionally installed and setup guess QVC won't be refunding me that if I send it back so now I'm stuck.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money First of all, Dell has terrible customer service. The shortest I have waited on the phone was 27 minutes. When you finally are connected, it's a tech from Bombay. I could not understand a word he was saying. I did emailed the company and never heard back. The concept is a great idea, but it fails to actually work. First of all you now have to pay to play CD's. Microsoft is constantly sending messages in the corners, when I went to download my photos from iCloud it only downloading a fourth of my pictures. Every single thing about this product stinks. I will never purchase a dell product again. Worst purchase I've ever made from QVC.
