Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed One star only because it had the options I needed. Unfortunately it didn't work right from the beginning. Took 5 hours for initial updates, then when I tried to sign in I received an application error. I had to re-set to factory settings and go through that plus another 5-hour update. Anything with a combination of audio/video was a mess. Whether it was Netflix, youtube, qvc.co, etc, any video with audio had a buzzing, crackling sound and would freeze with a terrible sound. I updated the audio/video drivers. I had to restart the laptop after the updates and it went into a system update. Once that finished it started giving me application errors again and the audio/video issue wasn't fixed. I received this on a Friday afternoon, its Sunday afternoon and I'm doing a factory re-set so I can ship it back to qvc in the morning. I requested they waive the return shipping since its a defective product.
