Rated 4 out of 5 by from Inspiron 15 5000 series Review Solid basic unit. Some comments: Battery doesn't last very long. Speed will be week when the memory is over loaded. Would help if the system would report on why it's choking. Other disappointment is that MS Office is not easy to activate. Ended up using the Outlook Mickey Mouse edition of the program. Sucks... Otherwise, love the wide screen and the number pad on the panel.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from High CPU Usage Immediately After setting up my Insipiron 5565, the CPU and DIsk usage maxes at or around 100% even when no programs are running. This causes everything to be slow and makes using the laptop for any reasonable task near impossible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from love to have a manual or something. As a not so smart computer guy, I'd love to have a few instructions what to do, where to go, rather than a couple of lines. Other than that it seems to operate fine, other than slow at times.
