Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems.. When I first received this laptop, I was really excited to try it out since its a huge upgrade from my last one. I did all the usual setting up (although it did take a while) and tested everything out. The first thing that I noticed is that there are many times where I log on, and as soon as I try to open an app, everything stops responding and I have to restart the laptop. Other times, my screen will freeze (normally when opening a new tab, window,...) and I must either wait until I can close the tab or like before, restart. There are also some small things such as my the letter "a" on the keyboard repeating itself when I only press it once, or only showing up on screen after a couple seconds. My experience so far has been quite frustrating, and considering this laptop is brand new, I expected a bit better performance than my last one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb little laptop I purchased my Dell Inspiron after a disastrous purchase of an Asus Transformer tablet. I have only had this a short while, but its quick to start up and the screen is excellent quality. My only criticism is its Window 10, which in my opinion is not a pleasure to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is by far the worst computer I have ever had or imagined it is so slow it makes dialup look like lightning, then it will stop only the curser will work the only way to get it going again is to shut it down manually. then it can take from 2 to 5 minutes to get back online.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent PC but has Windows Bugs and Can't Game What I like about this computer: It's extremely lightweight, easily converts between PC and tablet modes, and can boot up and shut down reasonably quickly. It also has a decent battery life for such a small PC. What I don't like about this computer: There are many small glitches with Windows software or using browsers like chrome which requires lots of googling and digging through the settings to fix things. Additionally, this computer can not handle low end games like Minecraft or Fortnite. While you might get away with a little Minecraft, any sort of minor gaming has the fan blowing loudly after only a few minutes of gameplay. If you are someone who likes to game or is not tech savvy enough to fix small problems on your own, you may want to pay a bit more for a better PC.
