Rated 2 out of 5 by from so disappointed I could not afford a mistake on purchasing a computer. that's why I turned to QVC, you have awesome quality products. this laptop buzzes loudly, the battery only lasts an hour, and it is slow, and blinks on and off. I'm crushed. so disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just in case This laptop is almost perfect. I do a lot of travelling while I work and do school so it is so convenient. light and easy to use. I gave it a four star because sometimes I cannot get it to start and sometimes the screen stays white for a long time. This worries me cause I have deadlines to meet and so I have to keep my old laptop available with my work just in case.. I love it anyway

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A suggestion to dell Inspiron 13-5378 Core-i3 with touch display- Like other Dell products very good finish- Performs very well-shouldn't be used for gaming and other similar purposes- video rendering is good- display is very good-

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good laptop for budget minded I bought this PC about two weeks ago and so far am very happy with it. It is fast, works well, has a good screen and I haven't experienced any problems. I considered buying a more expensive model, but this PC is more than adequate for my needs. It wish it were a little lighter, but that is okay given that it is half the cost of a premium model. At 3.7 lbs it isn't too bad and I don't travel that much anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all round LT The thing that made me buy 2 of these was the brilliant screen. I have always wanted an Apple but only for the quality of their screen, not their system. Finally I have a screen that do my photos justice. Pretty simple set to set up. Easy to use lap sized and having touch screen it a great bonus, though not always used. Only down side I feel is the weight. in summery the value for money makes it one of the best choices around.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Noise I changed my first Inspiron 5378 because it was making some noise. I got a new Inspiron 5378 but this one makes some noise too. I tried to run a diagnostic test but it did not run.
