Rated 1 out of 5 by from A total mess!!!!! This package arrived a day late, I’m not so sure who’s fault that was , but not only was it defrosted m the whole container was destroyed. The plastic was broken, the lid was off and the cream was all over the place. How do you ship a dessert and not have fragile written all over it or put something inside to hold the dish in place instead of being turned upside down. I would not recommend buying from this vendor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Like Picture We just had our tiramisu. Not like any tiramisu I have ever eaten. Very sloppy. Couldn't cut into squares. Looked like pudding. Very disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You need to get the item first! Qvc has done a great job of getting this to me over a month late. When I got the item it was damaged, the plastic container was broken and pieces of plastic found its way into the product. I have reordered this product several times and the website stated that the item was in stock. Then I get the email stating it is on back order. The tiramisu is excellent but the service is horrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exellent for my Italian taste One of the best tiramisu I had in the States. I had it last year and reordered again for Thanksgiving 2019.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tarimisu This is delicious. I would say, it is best after getting it to freeze right away before expecting to cut it to eat. Just say this from experience. I then usually cut it in half when I plan to serve or share. So you divide it when it is frozen, then place it in an air tight container for later.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's Complicated Okay I'll put it this way ..... if you couldn't care less what it looks like, maybe I'd recommend ordering this, as imo it is delicious. And maybe others have had a better experience with delivery, but what I received, visually speaking, was a mess. Because it arrived in a nowhere near frozen state and (as can be somewhat expected when a package travels a long distance) it is not always handled with great care, when I removed the plastic lid a large part of the top layer was stuck to it. Thank goodness this was just a self-indulgent treat for my private birthday party, because I could NEVER have served this to guests. And btw "Q" ..... I've been ordering food from you guys on and off for many years, and imo lately things have been going downhill, both in the quality of the food and the way it is delivered :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from QVC YOU NEED TO OVERHAUL YOUR SHIPPING FROZEN FOOD I'm a 30 year customer this was on truck 9 hrs in 90+ degree heat. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR QUALITY CONTROL. You should flag frozen items to be first item off the truck. Thanks for your immediate credit to my acct. I will reorder in spite of S&H, I really enjoy this dessert.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not be fooled Not sure if any of these great reviews are real or if they are simply from people whom have no idea what tiramisu is or what it is supposed to be. I get that its frozen and not to expect greatness, but for this price it should be nat least consistent and delicious. Im not kidding when I say I can go to Target and get boxed Archer Farms Tiramisu for $5 and enjoy it twice as much as what this mess is. Holes in the container, way too much cream, and the rum extract or whatever they used separated when it thawed out. The most disgusting off putting tiramisu I have ever eaten. Look at the picture I provided, after cutting a slice which was mush that is what was left under it.
