Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy with big impact I'm very pleased with my Deco Wrap cornices! I ordered two sets in order to accommodate the three windows in my son's room, with one to spare (I'll use it in another room). Because the windows in my house are 36" wide, I trimmed 2" off each cornice to bring the length down from 40" to 38". This allowed for a 1" overhang on each side of the window, which is much more visually appealing and balanced. I used a serrated kitchen knife to saw through the foam with no issues. I had my handy father install the metal P-hooks into the studs/framing that runs above each window (behind the drywall - not into wood moulding, as my home has none around the windows). This ensured a solid mount. You don't have to be precise with orienting the hooks left-to-right, because the foam has an open channel in the rear that allows you to slide and adjust either direction once mounted. Be sure to screw the P-hooks in as far as they need to go in order to have a flush fit of the cornice to the wall. I recommend using 54" decorator fabric to cover the cornices. I used 44" nursery/novelty fabric and just barely had enough to cover the sides -- and this was after cutting down the length of the foam. You can see how I folded and pinned the fabric at the sides. I don't care for the twisted look as suggested, so when I use decorator fabric on the remaining 4th cornice, I'll simply trim it and pin it nicely at the back of the foam. I added a stationary panel of fabric, lined with muslin and with blackout fabric sandwiched in between, to give a greater presence to the cornices. My one suggestion to the manufacturer is to increase the height of the cornices. They are too skinny to most windows, and do not create the correct proportion. Overall, these are very fun to use and do lend a designer look in your home!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from At first it was great. I bought these items just before Christmas 2017. Easy to cover, easy to put up, and looked lovely. Then about 10 months later, a big problem. They keep falling off the hooks that hold them up. The hooks are still as they were before but the cornices just keep falling off of them. Wish I had my money back now. :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! Wonderful window treatment! Looks amazing! So easy to use and hang by one person. The price is priceless! I've gotten so many compliments, everyone thinks my window treatments are professionally made until I let them in on my decorating secret. I am so sorry to learn this product is not longer available at the Q. Please bring it back. Very sad!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed Probably my lack of skill but I had a hard time with making the ends look nice after covering the deco wrap. I thought it would fit flush against the window but the hardware didn’t screw in far enough and left a gap between the window & wrap. It was relatively easy to wrap & tuck, it just didn’t give me the look I wanted. I’m returning it not because it wasn’t quality or as advertised, it just doesn’t look like I thought it would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Possibilities are endless Second time I have done a house for myself, have assisted others. This is so easy and the results are outstanding. 40"standard but you can glue several together (3 most I've done) or cut the 40" for smaller window. Instructions in booklet are good. People are stunned that it is possible to do this yourself. Try it, you will like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Windows beautiful We have large windows. It would cost over 2 thousand dollars to do treatments..so I tried this. REALLY NICE..super easy and I am having a blast buying pieces and putting them in to see what I like best. I am so happy . A bit of a learning curve when you combine more than one..you need to glue together how to make the material grip tight ...monkey glue works well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Had these many years ago that came with rosettes and used quite awhile. Hubby most likely tossed them as I couldn’t find them. So happy to find QVC still sells this version at least. Would like to see the rosettes come back too. So easy to change the look of a window in minutes. When these are not in use, they will be marked “do not throw away”!!
