Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not really Auto i have had prior great experiences with an older built DeLonghi machine. i go to my daughters house every morning to have a great cup of Cafe from her DeLonghi, i would turn the machine on, wait for it to heat up, hit the two shot button and be dispensed a great 2 shot espresso, that was all i had to do. i decided to purchase my own machine, i received it, set it up, put the beans in and pushed the two shot button, i heard the machine churning and whining but no grinding, so i lifted the top and began again while moving the beans around with my fingers, heard the beans grinding and i thought to my self "this is a new machine" ill give it awhile. I have had this machine going on two months, i still have to move the beans around with my fingers. Today i got a flashing red light that tells me to descale my machine, so i follow the instruction to descale, only thing is the i have to remove the infused but to my surprise the part does not want to budge of it cozy little nest, so i tried to call customer support and one would figure in today's world there would be 24/7 service, nope have to wait till Monday, i will return the machine. I do find fault in myself for not returning it sooner, but i did have higher expectations form the company and that's what i get i guess for having any expectations, although i do still go to my daughters house for a great cup of Cafe from her DeLonghi.
