Rated 1 out of 5 by from Received Broken Item Not sure if it was due to poor packaging or USPS fault but the coffee maker was broken when received, there were pieces of plastic which seamed weird to me. There was a piece missing in one corner but the worst was by the frother area, it was shattered, like someone threw it on the floor. I am returning this asap. So upsetting, I guess some things you are not supposed to buy in QVC

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sorry to be the odd man out here... But this machine did not work for me... I will start by saying that I am a very new espresso maker and really didn't know what I was doing, so I got this basic machine to learn with - which I completely understand is NOT top of the line. Here are a few design flaws (annoyances) that caused me to return my machine: ~ Steamer spout shoots out water... like, a stream of hot water. I put an empty cup under it and it was full of water in seconds. Badly watering down any milk I tried to steam. ~ Steamer spout makes a huge mess all over the side of the machine because the wand is not long enough to get deep into the milk - it spit and splattered different directions ~ The actual espresso filter doohickie is really difficult to get into the right position. I had to literally hug the machine with all my might with one arm to get it to stay in place while forcing the handle to the right spot. Annoying. ~ The tamper on the machine is just slightly too small for the filters, so grounds wind up getting pushed out and making a mess. ~ The clearance under the spouts is SO SMALL that you must have the tiny espresso cups to even use it - a cappuccino cup will not fit under the spouts - what the heck?? ** And the biggest annoyance is that the water does not stop dispensing at one or two shots worth - it keeps going and going and going until you guess that you've got the right amount ** Most of us aren't drinking them out of the tiny cups, but putting them into our travel mugs or home mugs. It obviously works great for some peoples' lifestyles, but if you are like me and like simple things - I'd skip this and stick to the french press! A ton more reviews can be found on Amazon, as well. I read through them to try and trouble-shoot the issues I was having with it - being a newbie I was sure it was user error, but found that others were having the same problems as me with the machine. Hope this helps someone out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great machine Got tired of spending over $4.00 a day buying my wife lattes from Starbucks or McDonalds so I took a chance on this machine. It is easy to use and has plenty of steam for frothing milk. I would note though that you can only fit a coffee cup of around 2.5" ht or less in it. I had to search through the kitchen cabinets to find one that would work. And, the steam spout would definitely have been easier to use if it were mounted higher up on the machine, and had a longer spout. When using a mug or pitcher to froth milk I have to actually tip the machine over slighty to get the mug out without spilling milk. The unit comes with two filters - one for 1 shot and 1 for a double shot of coffee grounds. Hardest part of using the machine is attaching the handle and turning it to lock it into the machine, and then loosening it to get it off. When taking it off you have to hold the machine with one hand while turning the handle. Otherwise the whole machine will rotate on the counter. My nits about this machine are minor though and it makes a great latte. And, this machine will pay for itself in about a month since I don't have to run out for lattes anymore. I do recommend this machine but know you also have to have your own coffee cups that will fit, and your own frothing pitcher.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine My European husband is very particular about his espresso. This little machine delivers a frothy, concentrated espresso. It does not have the bells and whistles, but if what you are looking for is a good cup of espresso for an affordable price, then this is the machine for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Espresso Machine! I bought this machine sometime ago with my 5 easy pay voucher. It is great! For the money it makes nice foam and the coffee comes out as if from an expensive espresso maker. It has a pump so it can continuously produce foam or coffee which is an excellent feature. A professional cup of coffee at a fraction of the cost. . . sweet!
