Hard to program and use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are an experienced barista then this device might be easy enough to use and operate, but if you're a family it's very difficult. The main problem was getting it to make hot espresso. When we tried to follow the instructions to increase the temperature we couldn't get it to get any warmer. We tried online help, but that didn't solve the problem either. The programming with flashing lights in sequence is not intuitive and makes programming the system very difficult. I even enlisted my spouse and four friends and we all had the same difficulty. The steamer was fine and easy to operate. It was just getting the espresso brew hot.

Great Espresso Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine works like a charm. It is very easy to use. It makes great beverages. It also does not take up a lot of counter space which is a plus for me since i do not have much. This is by far the best cappuccino I have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is simple but great. I really like how it works.It heats up super fast. It only takes about 40 seconds to heat up. I love how this machines uses grinds not cups or capsules! Cups and capsules can become expensive to use. This tiny machines makes an awesome shot of espresso! So far a perfect shot every time! I love making lattes. The frothier works perfectly. I save A LOT of money making my lattes and not going out to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for one. I also love how I save a lot of counter space with this compact machine. I am really happy I got this machine.

Best ive ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delonghi expresso deluxe and cappuccino maker is the best thing ive ever had. I used to buy gas station coffees every single day, but not anymore. It heats water in no time and my cappuccino are wonderful. It has a removable tray to use taller cups. The frother is the best part. Its easy to clean too!

Amazing!

I just follow the directions and can honestly say that I am impressed. Glad that I now have the opportunity to make my own drinks and not waste money purchasing my drinks elsewhere.

Amazing Taste!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little intimidated at first with the high end appearance and operation of the De'Longhi Dedica DeLuxe machine. But after reading through the material and learning the processes it was much easier than I expected to create amazing tasting Latte's and Macchiato's for my wife and I. We enjoy the flavor it provides and with the stainless material makes it a breeze to clean and maintain. We love this addition to our morning routine and how convenient it is to create a great drink in the morning!

Deluxe, but not complicated.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is very simple to operate and heats quickly. Switching between functions is done at the push of a button, or sliding a switch. I'm especially fond of using mine to make milk froth for not just my coffee and espresso, but for hot chocolate and chai tea as well. The only trouble I've had is that while steaming, some water dribbles from where the espresso should come from, and sometimes the pressure seems to escape from the frother while brewing the espresso.
