Chocolatey decadence
We bought the chocolate marquis option, and they are fabulous. If you love chocolate, these are for you. They arrived well frozen and we defrosted one in the refrigerator to eat that night. They are a good size and my husband and I split one. My husband said they are really rich, which I totally agree. I will be ordering again!!!!

Ordered the Red Velvet Auto Delivery and glad I did. These are fantastic!! Took out what I needed and kept the rest frozen. Let the ones I took out thaw completely. We each enjoyed them.

Problems with Auto-delivery
For other QVC shoppers’ information: QVC just canceled my second shipment of this product because it couldn’t obtain it from its supplier. This is the third time that QVC has canceled an auto delivery shipment on different products. So, when they say, be sure to place your order on auto delivery because we will always have yours, that is not true. Consequently, I will no longer be ordering any auto delivery products from QVC, and I will be canceling those products I currently have on auto delivery. I’m sure there are people who will blame this on the pandemic but QVC should not be advertising auto delivery if they have no control over products. I also feel QVC should have a forum where people can discuss problems, because not every customer would be ordering the same products.

Received today in PERFECT packing condition and still dry ice in foam container. I ordered ALL chocolate marquis which were of restaurant quality. They have a beautiful presentation along with the rich flavors of chocolate. Any chocolate lover will surely be PLEASED with these marvelous delights.
Personal suggestion: Allow to COMPLETELY thaw at room temperature. Then ENJOY!!

Yummie and pleasing to the eye!!
These desserts arrived packaged correctly and all in one piece. I have tasted the red velvet and it is just as moist and flavorful as my homemade recipe. Great job David's cookies.

A Complete Disappointment
I was so disappointed with how this product arrived, yesterday. It arrived about 6:00 PM and was shipped two days before that. Although hot in Georgia, it had been raining off and on all day and was eighty something, so was a lot less hot then a typical Summer day as it was the day before. The product was in a Styrofoam box, but was very poorly packed, There were only two small, solid blocks of ice, underneath one of the trays which was heavy and helped to destroy the beautiful cakes, underneath. There was only one piece of bubble wrap in between the two layers of product and the plastic over both trays was all ripped. The cakes were a mess. In spite of the mess, I could tell that whoever created the cakes spent a lot of time on them and it was very sad that they arrived so messed up and melted to the point where I had to throw everything away and couldn't taste anything. It was also very difficult to get someone at QVC to refund what I spent. I have ordered David's products before and loved them, and everything came in good shape, but it doesn't seem that David's knows how to ship cakes whether in hot weather or cold, so they don't arrived in a destroyed state. I feel for those who created the cakes that were sent to me and were destroyed by the way they were packed and shipped.

Heaven on a plate
These were moist delicious goodness! Taste like Cheesecake Factory red velvet cake. It’s more cream cheese frosting than red velvet cake and that was PERFECT for my liking. :-)
