Sending it back
Apparently they can only spell Dachshund correctly on the web site where you order, not on the mat itself. So disappointed. This was a Christmas gift, but not anymore :(

What’s going on at Q?
I am unable to give a review because the packing slip said the box contained a totally different mat. It was a Santa mat. My last Two QVC orders arrived without return slip. One arrived in its own box and not a shipping box . The box wasn’t sealed either and had been obviously opened . Neither package arrived with a return sticker or any info. Still waiting on return papers that I requested from customer service. Not happy that I will have to pay postage for the return of these three items. Don’t blame this on Covid.

Giving it a "Fair" rating because of the quality..
The only reason I didn't give this one star is because it's made of a decent material... the only problem is THEY SPELLED "DACHSHUND" wrong on the mat. Unbelievable. The listing is correct but what I got says "Daschund." (See picture)
