Disappointed
Not the best design. Self started lasted only a few times, lid fails to remain open, most importantly there is an adjustable heat setting, however even at the lowest setting the food burns quickly before cooking through. Also tray is not adjustable. I am disappointed with this purchase

Never again
I was away when it was delivered. My wife try to set it up and all the inards were not there she didn't know any better and left it for me to take care of when I returned. She had threw away all packing stuff. So I'm left with half a grill. Not cool.

Small But Mighty
I spent much time reading reviews on this BBQ, I purchased it after thinking heavily about it and am Sooooooooo glad I did! It's just me at home, I LOVE BBQ & was looking for something that was low maintenance but was a champ.
This BBQ is really the perfect size. It heats up quickly, I'm still figuring out the cooking temp as high was to high & medium is still to high. I'll get it figured out tho. Have cooked Steaks twice & Hot Dogs so far. It's quick, painless & cleanup is a breeze. Even folded it up on a whim & took it over to my friends house & grilled there. Easy transport & lightweight. Have no complaints. Am a very happy customer. Thanks for this little gem of a grill :•)

Not worth it
I love the brand and had pretty good hopes on this grill. Unfortunately, it has been one disappointment after another. The settings say Low, Medium, and High. realistically there is just "high". It is impossible to adjust the flame setting, it's either off or high and that made for really uneven grilling, most of the time the outside would be over cooked and the inside not cooked enough. The grill pan was very hard to clean and even after washing the grate there was constantly flare ups. The right side of the grill ran very hot and the left side was still on a high setting but not as hot, which meant if you have a tri tip or one solid piece of meat it was hard to control how it cooked. I would recommend looking at something else.

Solid grill
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The family is happy with this. It’s portable, heats up quickly and feels substantial, not flimsy. If I had one complaint it would be that after using it a couple of times, the inside top cover turned brown - perhaps stained or is damaged from heat? I would have hoped that a grill would prepare for something like this in their design. Aesthetics aside, it’s great!
