Making tomato sauce with the Cuisinart Food Mill.
I use the food mill to gently crush San Marzano tomatoes into sauce. It is the best way to get a nice smooth sauce without pulverizing the pulp. It is a very good product that I wish could be made in the USA. I would gladly pay more for a product made in the US.

The perfect mill!
This is exactly the sturdy and well-made mill I've been looking for. Stainless components, easy to operate and store. Holds up well to vigorous use, and disassembles for cleaning.

Separates tough fibers, skins and seeds for soup
Sturdy and dishwasher-safe. It’s easier to turn than my old food mill, which I had to replace when the blade got bent. I think this one will hold up better.
