Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money Broke after a few uses. Was told it's motor. What a huge disappointment for my daughter as it was her dream gift. Bad buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hardly any sound...worse than a clock radio. Design is cute/nostalgic. However, this unit has poor sound quality. Does not get remotely close to loud enough....clock radios sound better. I felt this should be under 20 dollars for the value.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from speed not working this is a super cute unit but I had to send it back to get a new one because the speed control did not work and the albums sounded like Alvin & the Chipmunks...can't wait to get the replacement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super Cute & Works Great I recently bought a bunch of records at a second hand store and searched QVC for which record player would be best. I bought this model after they sold out of the one I wanted and honestly didn't think I'd love it, but I was wrong. I bought it in the teal color and its super cute. It works great and the sound is good. It doesn't have the option for plugging in an iPod or anything else but I already have devices for that; this is just to play records. The only thing that bothers me about the unit is mostly an aesthetic issue. The picture makes it look like the top stays at a 90 degree angle when it's open but it doesn't, it lays quite far back (more like 145 degrees). This doesn't affect how the unit works; it just isn't what's shown, and it is annoying because the top leans back so far it hits anything behind the player. I took a star off for the annoyance of the top.
