Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 7 mo I've only had this for 7 mo and it already does not work. Maybe that's why they are not selling it anymore. Only a 60 day warranty.... garbage

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Falls apart I haven't had this a year yet, and it's cracking and falling apart. I called there customer service they want me to pay shipping and 19.99 to replace it. No it's your defect not mine. Not a happy customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time or money! Went use this to cook my lunch, grilled cheese and error code E3 comes up. Look it up online and it shows a damaged or defective coil. You tube shows how to fix, take top apart. No Thanks. My feeling has been so far anything Eric Theiss is involved with is a piece of crap. Wallah pans, air fryer. I vow to not buy anything he is involved with. Going back111

Rated 1 out of 5 by from waste of money I should have known when I bought the copper chef pan it burned on the outside of the pan and inside, copper came off with just normal cleaning. Did put it in the dish washer and and when I called the cust service they told me you can not put it in the dishwasher, when they advertised it they said bottom loading ok...Not You think I would have learned my lesson..nope..I've had mine since the end of November (almost 8 months) Havent used it too much and it did not have any other problems except it heated unevenly, inside ,middle of pan paractly burns while the outside edges do not cook. Just went to use it and it has a crack on the side all the way through from the top of the burner to the bottom. I was afraid to use it because I don't know how it happened and if it happened after the last time I used it or not but don't want to take a chance of turning it on and blow up my electrical outlet or worse whole system. Called Cust Ser they no longer offer this product fso they cannot or replace it and if I didn't want to return it they would refund me $12.00 Really!!! So now they are going to email me a return slip with packaging instructions We have enclosed a Q Return Label to return your item. When you use this label, we will simply deduct $8.95 from your order refund for return shipping. If you are requesting a replacement or exchange, your Q Return Label fee of $8.95 and additional merchandise cost (if applicable) will be charged to the credit card used on this order, or for check orders deducted from your merchandise credit. If your return is due to a QVC error, there is no charge for the Q Return Label. We're sharing these step-by-step instructions to guide you: Right..so now I have to pay to return the item cause it was defective and not a QVC error. This has taught me a very good lesson..don't deal with QVC. I have only good thing about QVC..she said she was going to email me a new label to return and would make sure I did not get charged for the $8.95 postage fee to say I just called them back and spoke with Artessa and she is the

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing. I bought this to deep fry. I thought it would be easy to control the temperature. The first problem I noticed was the temperature runs hot and burns in the center of the pan. I wanted it to work so I switch from medium to low and also use the up & down temperature buttons. Now it's beginning to intermittently have error messages. I'm disappointed but I've had it six weeks. You get what you pay for. I'm considering purchasing a high end induction burner.
