Copper Chef 8" Round Pan and 12" Round Pan with Lid is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 27.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't bother The non-stick is good but the middle of the pans are higher than the edges so if you want to saute' with just a little oil or butter you have to put the food around the edges because there is no oil/butter in the center.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work really well.!! I originally bought the 11" square pan with accessories to try the Copper Chef brand. After several times using it (you can see my review there) I wanted a lower sided pan for frying eggs, pancakes, etc. Then I saw this set. I have to tell you that the 12" without the lid is $24.88 @ Wal-Mart. That made my decision easy. Besides with all my cooking paraphernalia I have never owned a small 8" pan. Like the 11" square pan the non-stick is awesome. Had a very hard time trying to flip my eggs because I couldn't get the spatula under the eggs to flip them. The eggs just kept sliding around. Lol I have used both several times. Good quality. Fast, easy cleaning. Durability is a question because that takes a length of time using them. I must note that like all non-stick pans I cook on only med heat. You just have to allow time for the pan to heat up. These pans actually require setting it higher to achieve the required results. Really noticible when I made pancakes. No oil as I always do but my Curtis Stone pan frys perfect on 5. This pan needed 6 to get hot enough. Not enough of an issue to take away stars but needs mentioning for you to adjust your cooking. I hand wash only and like the instructions say, dry immediately. How long they will last and perform like this will take time to judge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed I purchased this set to replace my older pans. I'm impressed with this brand of pans. I love that the food doesn't get stuck and it heats up so quick compared to my old pans that would take a bit to get hot. The easy clean up is great too! When I cook I use olive oil or something nothing and just add my spices to the food and it cooks in minutes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Scratched First time I used I like the pans but the coating is not Scratch Proof like they say. I use a metal tool the first time I tried the pans and it scratched them both. I still like them and eggs will slide like you show, but once they are scratched food and things will stick to the scratch. My wife is a cook on MSC ships and is very hard on our pans at home... She cooks on high temperature all the time. So the outside of the pans have scorch marks too. but I think if you can cook at lower temp it would be ok.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the Price I'm not going to pretend these are the highest quality pans....but for the price, they work really well for a decent amount of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ceramic coating defective I love Copper Chef pans, but these two had manufacturing flaws. The edges are very rough and the coating isn't smooth. Very disappointed. Even after following instructions of washing before using, applying oil to season it (not like a cast iron pan), all food sticks. I ruined 6 over easy eggs because the pan made them all stick. Had to get the Copper Chef flat pan to cook eggs (purchased from QVC). 6 jumbo eggs aren't cheap!
