Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used To Love It I've had this pan for about a year and have loved it until now. Have taken great care of it, never used metal utensils and always hand washed. Went to make a pot of soup today and the coating is peeling off around the edges. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pot! I got the red one to make my beef vegetable soup. Tried it yesterday making chopped cabbage, cooked in chicken broth with smoked sausage, green pepper and onions. Came out perfectly. Did not know I could bake in it as well! Washes up nicely too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! OMG, I will never cook pasta in anything other than this again! I bought the pot about 2 to 3 weeks ago, seems as if it was a special during the day or the evening one. I have 3 or 4 other Cooks Essentials pans and love them all, have never had a problem with them. Today I started water to boil in the pan I usually use and thought, no try out the new pot so I dumped the water into the new pot and cooked the pasta. Then it hit me, I do not need a strainer I am going to try the locking lid. Man it was great. You do have to look at how you are putting the lid on but when you have it in the right spot the lid goes on easy and it turns to lock easy. First I did hold it and pour and then thought well why not, so I put it in the sink as they showed on the video part and it worked great. As I said before will not cook pasta in anything else again! Can't wait to make chili in it now too, the lid will let out the steam and I always have to put the lid on so it is tilted to let it cook down some. Mine was definitely a great buy! Thank you Cooks Essentials!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like this stockpot I like his pot. It has everything that I need with it. So easy to clean which I love. Love the nonstick. I really love the locking lid with the draining from the spout and lid. My lid is a little off from the drain holes but not enough to make a fuss about... I did buy it "AS-IS" and it is a great price. It still works wonderful for me. Im happy. I use it all the time. No complaints here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect After reading other reviews I had to try this product. It was the perfect product for my kitchen. The lid was easy to lock and unlock, no leaking. Excellent size for feeding my family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT STOCKPOT I bought the stockpot a few months ago when it was on clearance. I have not had any issues with the lid at all. If the lid doesn’t lock the first time I try it, I turn the lid clockwise to the next notch on the lid. I find you need to push down on the lid as you are turning it to lock in place. Great pan for making a big batch of chili. If I had room to store another one, I would definitely buy another at the price it is now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Also Received Defective Lid Just filled with water to test out the strainer lid. So sad. The lid was extremely difficult to unlock and remove. Besides, in the tightly locked position, I poured out water and it leaked from around the lid itself, not just from the pour spouts. How could that happen? It was nearly impossible to remove the lid, what a frustration that would be everytime you had to use the pot. Almost $32.00 for just one pan, even on clearance, this is not a good deal. Should not have to wait for it to losen up in order to properly operate the strainer lid. If it leaks all over now, what will happen when or if the locking mechenism loosens? I have purchased many cooks essentials products and most of them are great but not this one.
