We've cooked ribeye, pork chops, and chicken and everything has come out perfect. The meat comes out tender and the perfect temp just a quick sear on the grill or pan and it's done. Hes told everyone about it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from circulation ? I own another sous vide stick but I needed two for multiple items. Anyway, I started this one today to do pulled bbq chicken. And to my surprise, the water circulation is about 70 to 80 percent less than in my current 2 year old sous vide stick that I have. So in a nutshell, very weak motor. I'm sure it will do an adequate job so Ill keep just to keep away from returning it since I cant drive and I hate the hassle.

We have cooked our Rastelli Filet Mignon in the Sous Vide. Perfect!! Cooked our turkey breast in it. Juicy! Chicken Great. Anything that can make turkey & chicken juicy is worth any price!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I've used this a couple times only to make steaks and it is wonderful. I made filet mignon, and with a great steak rub and good sear, the sous vide cooks the steak to perfection. Hubby said the steaks were comparable to a fine dining experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product I have been waiting for souls videos to be sold on Qvc! I use mine frequently and love the results. Cooking chicken breasts for chicken salad is my favorite right now. They are sp tender and make great chicken salad.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It does what it says it will do, but.... I can cook. I enjoy cooking. I was very intrigued with this and couldn't wait to try it. I checked out tons of You Tube videos, reviewed many websites. Everyone raves about this form of cooking. I followed instructions to the tee....I even purchased a torch for the finishing char (I love that, especially for my creme brûlée), but even though my steaks were cooked perfectly to the doneness I desired, something was lacking. The texture of the steaks (4 times trying), didn't seem right, and the overall taste just didn't cut it. I wanted this to work for me, and I am at a loss wondering what I am doing wrong to be at the opposite end of so many raving reviews. With that said, the unit did exactly what it was supposed to do...it maintained the water bath at the precise setting. The price is great compared to others on the market. I did not see a benefit of having one with wifi accessibility. I truly wish this could have augmented my cooking methods.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not happy with the product I did not have the success as all the other reviews. I sent it back. I made two things. Salmon, which tasted better when I baked it in the oven and a pork tenderloin. It came out very pink. I threw it in the garbage. I was not going to eat uncooked food. I followed the directions I cooked the pork for 3 hrs not two and a half as stated in the recipe. It was not cook, that was one of the recipes in the book. Maybe the product was defective. It did not work for me. So back it went.
