Rated 5 out of 5 by from Remarkable I didn't know this type of pan existed. In the middle of a long cold winter I just had to give it a try. It really works! I started out simply making whole chicken thighs & they were amazing - moist & tender. Going to make a pork shoulder next. You should only use the tiny bit of chips as directed. It's plenty smoky, believe me. Don't use high heat. Also be sure to cover drip tray with foil. Cleaned up easily.

I love how easy it is to get smokey flavor without the hassle of setting up equipment outside, not to mention it's now winter and I can get that smokey flavor from my stove top regardless of weather. It's just the right size to make meals for two (or four depending on what you're making) so is perfect for my lifestyle. Can't wait to try some different flavored chips. (Wish the section of this review area that asks "who would this be a perfect gift for" offered more options like "anyone" or allow you to put in your own suggestion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this smoker The very first thing I cooked was baby back ribs. I put way more than a couple of pinches of wood. I slowly smoked them on top the stove for 45 minutes, then put them in the oven until very tender. When they went in the oven is when I saw the need to sauce them. The flavor is wonderful!!

No problem with too much smoke filling the house. Instructions are included & you can view the video for cooking tips. I look forward to more great cooking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works just fine When it's cold and raining outside and you wanna get something smoked this is a good way to do it. One is limited on how much you can smoke because of its size. I did a rack of baby back ribs and they turned out just fine. All so I did steaks. The down side is there were no instructions or recipes so there is a learning curve. I did find some help on the internet.

It's easy to use, it's under $40.00, the silicone lid keeps the smoke in and you can put it in the oven after smoking to finish cooking your food. In the few weeks that I have had it I have made beef ribs, steak and hamburgers. I love it so much I purchased a second one so I can do double the amount of food at the same time. My food taste like it came straight off the bbq grill. This item should be presented on ITKWD it is WONDERFUL! Thanks Cook's Essentials for another great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bring it back, it's awsome! I like smoked, other family members don't --- yada, yada, yada. Now you can put a lot or a little in the smoker (I heat already cooked stuff like chicken or potatoes) and in a few minutes you have the flavor. Just be careful, I do put a piece of foil over the top and then the lid. Heat it slowly and the smoke does not escape.
