Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I got this! My hubby, is obsessed with his fancy, outdoor smokers ( he has quite a few ) , but, they seem to take at least a half day or more for the meat to get "his" desired results, which, to me = super overdone, charred/dried barks. I got this little indoor beauty, and not to embarrass him ( ok,.. maybe some lol), I have ran circles around his " professional outdoor smokers". My meats have come out 1000% more moist, with smoke flavor, that is beyond comparable. I adore this gadget! Super simple to use, and remarkable results. The only down-side that I have encountered - the unit, does emit smoke, despite the seal. I have found simple way to combat this, which is by using heavy foil, around the seal of the pan/lid. It has helped tremendously = no leaking smoke.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed. Smaller than it looked on TV. The bottom of the pan is thin, and the sides much thicker. I am Sending it back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Get ready for the smoky smell in your home We used the smoker for the first time to cook salmon. I liked the way the fish cooked and tasted but it created a very strong smoke smell in my home afterwards. If you don't mind having your home smell like smoke for a while, then you will enjoy the food prepared in this pan. It is a large pan so it will cook a large amount of food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from On Point! The aroma throughout my kitchen was amazing on a rainy day. My family had smoked food as if it were grilled outdoors. By the way, the smoked wood chips work just great as long as you soak as instructed. The food was delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase This product is well worth the price. It is made well and does the job. I love smoked chicken and was able to do this in my apartment on my stove top. There was no excess smoke in the house and the chicken was beautifully smoked. I would recommend to anyone that does not have access to an outside smoker to try. It really does the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OH MY !!!! We live in an apartment and cannot use our smoker on our patio. I ordered this, hoping it would give us some good flavor. I am so happy I did! It's so easy to use, just make sure to use it over medium heat, not high heat. I also used regular smoker chips in the pan, it did just fine. When I finish the meat in the oven, I cover with foil instead of the lid, so as not to ruin the rubber gasket. Do not hesitate to buy this. You get great smoke flavor.....I have even smoked veggies....LOL

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this product!! My kids got this for me for Mother's Day. I use this about once a week. I have used this for chicken, fish and ribs. Everything came out excellent. You have to make sure not to add too much dust or chips because it will overpower your food. I usually smoke chicken leg quarters and then finish them off on my Copper Chef grill to crisp up the skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recipes? Just received and it is beautiful and appears to be well made. Dissapointed that there are no recipes and can I smoke a beef brisket in it? Would like to know before I use it as tbat was the primary reason I purchased it. Or do I need to smoke brisket before roasting or after smoking?
