Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes great meals Purchased this in January and it's still going strong with with three months of almost daily use. Per the instructions, I never lift it using just the handle and instead use my other hand to support the actual basket (with an oven mitt, of course). Honestly, the handle is not sturdy enough to lift the basket by itself, nevermind with food in it. I wash it immediately and use a safe for delicate pans sponge when tough food needs a bit of coaxing. But that's usually only after I've made multiple foods in it in one go. I don't use cooking sprays on it and rather than dry it, I put it back into the air fryer and run it for a few minutes. I notice some of the coating on the very back of the basket has nicks, where the basket touches the top of the fryer. That may be because I don't always pull the basket straight out, sometimes it's pulled at an angle. The one thing I wish was available for it was a rack to maximize the cooking space, but I have yet to find that. Also, this size is good for two people, but no more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Air Frying But.... I absolutely love air frying and was thrilled with this AF immediately. However the non stick started coming off within 2 months. Now just a year later there is almost no non-stick left and the button on the basket handle is close to falling off. I'm going to have to replace it soon and I'm thinking of going with another brand. Rated 5 out of 5 by from good air fryer I am very pleased with this product. I use it almost every day. Instructions are easy to follow. When my sister was visiting and saw mine she asked me to gift her one so when it was a TSV I gifted her an identical one to mine. She loves it as well. I have never been disappointed in a Cooks Essentials Brand product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Falling apart I ordered this 3 months ago. I only use silicone utensils with it and handwash the basket. The inside of the basket is chipped and rusty. The handle continually falls off. I cooks grest but the basket is not made well. No adequate response from Customer Service. I did not keep the original box so i can't send it bad. I've been buying off of HSN and Evine more now. Horrible experience. Wasted money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I would not recommend this I bought this to replace a POWER XL unit that would not latch.... But the POWER XL was better while it lasted (but I only got 2 years out of that one). While this one works, it just seems to be a cheaper knock-off. This one also makes more noises while it is cooking than the POWER XL did.
