Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good I love my 2 quart Cook's Essentials pressure cooker! First of all, it's beautiful, and very well made. It's also simple to use. I've never had a pressure cooker because I've always been afraid of them. I've only cooked rice in it so far. I just got it and I wanted to start with something simple. The rice turned out great, and now I'm not afraid to pressure cook anymore. This unit is small, but it's perfect for a single person, but now I'm ready for any sized pressure cooker!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from didn't work I did purchase it as an "as is" but it didn't work - not a beep no matter what i pressed. I used the troubleshooting information no luck - i think i just got a dud. Most of the items from qvc are great this one was not. I got this as a backup to my instapot which was more expensive but works like a dream every time without a hiccup.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed The concept was great but when I used it there were issues. Every time I’d stir the pot while browning the inner pot kept spinning. I had to hold it with a potholder. The other issue was the cover. When I’d open or close it I had to hold the handle on the side of the pot to keep it from moving. It seemed to not be heavy enough to hold its ground. Also sometimes the cover would detach. After I did all the prep and cooking with the recipes in the booklet which were awesome I had no leftovers. I am going to stick with my 8 qt pressure cooker because you can make less but you can’t make more in a 2 qt. It cooked great but I returned it. Like my bigger one better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Remarkably useful size I have to make 15 boiled eggs a week.... so I bought this tiny pressure cooker hoping to make life easier. It's perfect! 15 eggs fit just fine, cook perfectly, and peel like a dream. It's also great for smaller rice dishes and smaller pieces of meat and poultry. Glad I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great For One Or 2 People I ordered this & just received it. I already have a 6 quart Cooks Essentials pressure cooker & love it but I wanted something a little smaller. This absolutely fit the bill. I had a small pot roast in the freezer & decided to try this. What a little powerhouse. In 1 hour I had a nice 3 lb. pot roast with a delicious gravy. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to try a pressure cooker. You will be pleasantly surprised. Sometimes I use my 6 quart when I want a lot of leftovers or when I’m cooking for 6 to 8 people but when I just want to cook for 1 or 2, this is perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never came up to pressure! My mom bought me this cute little pressure cooker and I was so excited to get it. We seasoned up our roast, followed all the directions and waited for the counter to start counting down. After 20 minutes we decided it wasn't going to happen. We opened the top and most of the water had boiled out. We tried it 3 times, after that we finished cooking the roast on the stove top in a dutch oven. I cleaned my pressure cooker, boxed it up and sent it back. Huge let down after being so excited to cook a roast in my new pressure cooker with my mom.
