Rated 1 out of 5 by from Threw it away I used it 2 times and threw it away. It was SO heavy and food stuck and it was too hard to clean. I knew the price was too good. It would cost too much to return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pan! I have always wanted a grill pan and I am so happy I chose this one. Such a huge difference in making up chicken breasts. They honestly turn out so moist and tender. I love the grill marks that are produced as well. A+++ to this pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pan I love this pan and don't understand the reviews on constant sticking. Not to insult people but cast iron has it's own personality and we adapt to their way of cooking......they don't adapt to ours. Of those successful with no sticking I noticed a few differences. Here is mine: I remove the food. Push it from the heat it is on. I add a cup of warm water while it's still hot. With my spatula I mess around with it and push off any left over pieces. This may take a moment because of the the grill lines built in it. After dinner is over I add one more cup of boiling water if needed (to a pan this is very cool by then). End of story. No muss. No fuss. I am unsure of what your versions of Low, Medium or High are to those with issues. Cast iron however is like "Low and Slow". I have never put any of mine on a higher heat. I start low (without food), add food in when I flip a dash of water off my finger tips & it sizzles slightly. Once the food is in I push a little towards medium, and a few minutes later push heat up again towards medium. By the 3rd time a minute later I am at medium. Never going above that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad purchase I bought it some time ago and recently used it for the first time. It was difficult to clean and the enamel chipped this first time the pan was used. It's presented as a good alternative to the more expensive brands and the cook's essential qualities are touted but I found it to be an inferior product.Unfortunately I've had too long to return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This Pan Hates Me! :( I was so excited when I saw this pan on the show and I couldn't wait to get it. I didn't see any instructions to season it prior to using, it so I didn't. I wash it in warm soapy water before using it for the first time with a soft sponge. I used it to cook steaks. I only put it on medium setting (I have an electric stove) to try to get a good char on it, but the pan started burning and smoking really badly. I did add butter to the pan as well. I had to keep flipping the steak so it wouldn't burn on the outside completely. Even after I turned the pan down, it the pan kept burning and the bottom of the pan was completely charred blacked. I don't like rare steak, so I do cook it until there is no more red inside. After I finished cooking the steak and removed it from the pan, I let the pan cool for a little while and than tried to wash the pan out. It had burned so bad I couldn't get it clean. I than let it soak for a few hours, but still couldn't remove all the char from the bottom of the pan. I used a knock off scrub buddy type sponge, but it really didn't help. I have since used the pan to try to cook pork chops, and had the same result :(. Even on a low setting, the pan still burns badly, even though I added vegetable oil. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Have only used the pan on top of the stove, haven't put it in the oven to cook anything. Afraid it will burn even more if I put it in the oven. Even after soaking it for hours and trying my best to clean the pan, can't get all the char out of the bottom. Now it looks like the coating is fading or rusting already. :( Figured I couldn't send it back since I used it twice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No problems I have had no problems with this pan. So far nothing has stuck. I spray oil with my Evo and warm the pan before putting the food in. Clean up has not been a problem. If there is a little residue, I heat the pan with water, let it cool and use a scrubber. This pan is actually lighter than I expected. It is still heavy but it has a helper handle. This pan stays on my stove.
