Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute, But Run Small I opened the box and was delighted. These shoes are so cute. Then, I tried them on. OUCH! They're going back. Since I really like them, I'm exchanging for a 7W. The 6 1/2W is too tight. I'm hoping the new size will fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love so much I came back bought 2 extra! It's not usual that I find a pair of shoes that I love, but these are super comfortable and I receive compliments on them. (The only other brand I *love* is Birkenstock.) Width was perfect, size perfect, color, quality, everything. I like that they are leather and not man-made. Originally bought a year ago. I needed a new pair now because I have sweaty feet and I didn't use the lotion I should. TMI? Sorry LOL I just bought 2 pair because I was so excited to find them in my size and width!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ouch It’ll be awhile before they’re comfortable. Sit down shoes so far, but I’m working on them. Pushing and pulling and in the house with socks after I use the blow dryer to warm them up! Cute tho.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these I have the leopard print style and receive compliments on my shoes every time that I wear them. They are extremely comfortable. However, I agree that they run small. This is the first pair of shoes that I've ever had to "size up" and order an 8-1/2 rather than a size 8. I don't think they look old ladyish either although, admittedly, I would never wear these with anything other than pants. JMO

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK Shoe Do not understand reviews stating this shoe runs small. I wear 8 1/2M. Shoe fits me perfectly. Comfortable. Shoe looks a little "old lady-ish". Since I will wear them with boot cut pants, only the toe will show. Color is pretty. On line shoe in my color (chianti) is brighter than in person. Do think that with a dress or skirt the shoe does look "old lady-ish".

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Run small These shoes run very small. I wear 8w and ordered 8 1/2 w and they were too small, they fit like a 7 1/2 b. The toe area feels stiff. I returned them and will not be getting another size. Too bad cause they are cute.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful shoe - received damaged These are comfortable, stylish shoes that I could not keep. I first noticed scuff marks on the right toe and heel. On closer inspection, the insides of the shoes weren't just a little dirty; they were obviously worn and filthy. The soles looked clean. I question how closely returned items are inspected. This was not an "as is" item, but full price $80 shoes. Unfortunately, the pewter is sold out so I cannot reorder. Customer service was great and I appreciate their help, but I am disappointed. This week, from QVC, i've received a wrong item on a pair of jeans and used shoes. I know mistakes happen, but this is becoming a hassle to have to call and repackage items to return. Again, thank you customer service for your help and great service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love The Shoe, But Runs Small I take a 10 and ordered the 10W. It runs about a half size smaller. I wish it came in a 10 1/2, otherwise it was exactly what I was looking for.
