Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Shoe Ever This is the best and only dress flat I wear and I have them in different colors except Brown Croco, so Please bring back the Brown Croco Patent Leather in 9W. I ordered the Brown Croco before, (not knowing my correct size in this shoe), and now I do know I need the 9W, but they didn't have any 9W left, so I missed out when I returned for exchange. I check back often because I truly do love the fit and look of this shoe! Excellent under slacks or jeans!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Own Two- Going Back For More I'm a big lady with foot pain for years in the medical field of 12 hour days. Only dress shoes I can wear for that long! Love them. Black patent ones I get compliments on all the time- the blue is so deep that as I'm a bit color blind and they look black so I have to look at the pattern - they are different. Going to get the natural ones now. Normal width fits me even though I have a wider foot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really like Love Clarks shoes, but sizing has been off. These run a bit large and would have ordered 1/2 size down, but will live with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Support I bought these shoes so I could get a narrow fit. I was confident that the shoes would be comfortable because of the Clarks brand. The width is perfect, plus the support and comfort.is among the best I have ever felt in a pair of shoes. I bought both navy and black. Although not he most stylish, they look good with a pair of slacks, including jeans.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality is gone, product looks terribly worn after less than 6 months! I bought a pair of Clarks 4 months ago. I was so looking forward to ownership of another pair of quality shoes that would last a long time. (Especially longer than months.) Let me backtrack in time..... Years and years ago when money was tight and I had two small children to provide for, I saved up to be able to splurge on a pair of Clarks that were just for me! I was officially a Clark-ie! My mom wore Clarks, which made me have the impression that they were old lady shoes that I needed to avoid. However, when I made that purchase, I was so impressed with the comfort and quality. I knew it was money well spent. They were my favorite shoes and I wore them everywhere! I am embarrassed to admit that they were my go-to shoes for at least 10 years! I bragged on these shoes and raved about the Clark products. I loved them and since they were still in great shape I couldn't justify spending $$ to replace them. I wore them until the soles had holes and I finally had to admit (along with my husband’s encouragement) it was time to retire them. Since then, money being tight again with two grown children, Clarks and my budget didn't exactly get along! So I was back to less expensive shoes (I call them disposable shoes) that I endured for several years. Now back to the present time....I saved to invest in another pair of Clarks, with high hopes and visions of me wearing them for years to come. However, during the years of my absence from being a Clark-ie I can only assume that the quality bar was lowered tremendously, which brings me to my current dissatisfaction. I purchased “Timeless”, in November, as a pre-Christmas present to myself. My prior experience led me to believe I would again fall in love with my Clarks. My choice was a no nonsense, pair of matronly black shoes that I could wear to the office or to the store. They are simple black leather with white top stitching. I thought the shoes looked great, which they did, for a very short time period. I work in an office at a desk with my feet propped up on a stool. I don’t play soccer or kickball in these shoes, nor do I absent mindedly drag my toes or heels as I walk. But to look at these shoes, you would think I have had them for over 10 years! These are definitely not my day to day go-to shoes. They are so worn looking that it is embarrassing to wear them to the office. I honestly wish I had my old pair to compare the overall wear and tear of time between the two pairs!! The black leather is fading in areas around the toes and heels and along the outer sides. The fade brings out a blueish color to the leather. This is such a disappointment! My options are either to have pay to have them professional dyed black again which will ruin the white stitching, or stop wearing them. I think my investment will end here and these will be retired early. So now, I am back to my disposable shoes and I am sorry to say I won’t be bragging about these shoes or raving about the Clark products.
